Was driving down the street and this company had a guy working on jackhammer on a sidewalk who's rock hit my car windshield, and they won't pay for it, saying I should've reported it right away. which I did, I called the city and they gave me the information today and I called them. He just hung up on me and wouldn't take any further calls.

This is the second time I've used Rabbit Plumbing. They do quality work for an affordable price.

This time, my toilet sprung a leak. They did a semi-diagnosis of the problem on the phone, bought the parts, and came to fix it that same day. They did very good work, and their prices were reasonable. We were in the process of selling our house, so they offered to guarantee their work for the new owners. As an added bonus, the Rabbit brothers are pleasant company. They've lived in Benton Park for decades and have great stories to tell.

I was very happy with their work.

Jim and Jack came out with little to no notice to help with a burst pipe which actually turned out to be a loose washing machine hose. They were courteous and professional. I will be using them for any plumbing needs in the future for sure! Thanks guys!

On a busy, flooding weekend, the guys got here in 15 minutes, fixed the problem in 20 minutes and gave great advice and reasonably priced with smiles! Highly recommend!

I have a 1940's rental property and the sewer was backed up.

I had snaked it two days about 5 times.

I removed about 150 wipes out of the sewer line from house to the clean out.

However there was something I could not get out with my snake between the clean out and the street.

Jim Rabbit and Jack came out within an hour and snaked from the back yard clean out to the alley.

There was a large pill bottle blocking the drain. It took them 20 minuets to punch thru and took a 10 foot pole with a clamp and removed the bottle.

I should have called them in the first place. There charge was $120.00.

Notice there work address ""Lemp Street"" they work on many old buildings and know what they are doing.

Call them there really nice guys very fairair pricing without the hassles. I am going to get a bid on removing the stack in my home.

I wasted $275.00 for renting the snake for a day and a half.

I was stupid I thought I could save money ""wrong"" never again.

Great service, reasonable rates, and real experience. It really helps that they have knowledge about old houses and plumbing. My problem was pretty bad and involved the entire length of my sewer plus some other drain issues. They figured it out pretty quickly and began work. After a couple hours it was solved. Thanks guys.

I wouldn't trust these plumbers, if I were you. They came out and did a job pretty quickly, but when our basement backed up again, they were unwilling to guarantee their work. It's too bad, we'd like to stick with a local option, but when we expressed this, they got rude. Thankfully, we have yelp to express our dissatisfaction.

These guys are so great. Their prices are incredibly reasonable and they are decent and honest. We've used them several times since we moved to Saint Louis three years ago for projects big and small. I highly recommend them.

I called on a Sunday and was offered a next-day appointment. I actually was surprised that I got through. I chose this company because it seemed like the only one that was previously reviewed on yelp.

The owner, Jim Rabbit came out with one assistant (a really old guy). The guys were on-time and got right to work. All in all they completed the job quickly and were nice.

A few cons:

They used my extension cord to run their drills and equipment. Not a big deal, but I thought they would rather use their own stuff. And they didn't roll it up when done.

They had to use my hose to run water down the drain in the garage. Water got everywhere, which was expected, but they didn't move stuff that was in the line of fire. Nothing that important, but I would have preferred them to clear the workspace first. And I would have hoped that they would have at least swept out the puddles after the work was complete.

The guy asked me for a plunger. Really? You're the freaking plumber and you don't have one?
