Called this company in for an estimate on a leaking pipe. The guy stalled on the estimate - gave me a date when I could expect it, didn't meet that date, no contact. I finally got hold of the guy and he said he would send the estimate, never did. Made an appointment to come out and investigate the leak source and he cancelled it at the last minute - I took an afternoon off from work for nothing. Didn't return my call asking if we could re-schedule. This guy wasted over a week of my time. I finally called in Advanced Plumbing, also in Vacaville, and got a prompt, no-nonsense plumbing repair at a reasonable price with highly professional customer service. Apparently if your job is too small and won't generate much profit, RW Mechanical isn't interested. That's fair, but why not simply say so instead of stalling and wasting the customer's time? I would not recommend this firm for small-scale residential plumbing repairs. I would recommend Advanced Plumbing in Vacaville for plumbing jobs both large and small, residential and commercial. They're pros: show up on time, get the job done well and at a reasonable price, and they don't waste your time.

I've never hired this company, and I never will. One of their company trucks almost ran me off the road and almost rammed into the car in front of them carrying small children. Obviously, not the brightest bulb in the fixture, when he drives like a maniac with the company logo and phone number plastered on the side of the truck. Way to go, loser!!
