Robert has been out to our house many times over the years and each time he has been thoughtful, thorough and has never failed to fix the problem. He's efficient because you never have to ask him to re-do anything plus with his extensive experience he knows very quickly what needs to be done and how to go about it. In this way he saves you time and money. I highly recommend Robert!

Robert was referred to me from an old friend/patient who had to cancel due to a personal commitment. Robert arrived 5-10 minutes late then went ahead n parked in the driveway which is a ""no no"" because my home had tenants living there n he needed to allow them access to get in and out not to mention that he drove an older van and it may have leaked oil on a 2 yr ""new driveway"" . When I asked him to park in the street he looked at me as if I was inconveniencing him. He went in the home with me and located a copper pressure pipe going to the dishwasher that had begun corroding and spend to more than 1/2 hr cutting off the old valve n replacing with a new one, 2 new fittings and a hose~ $25.00 in total parts for The total cost of $ 250.00. I went over to the home the next day and discovered moisture again on the lower under sink shelf and my tenant was aghast because she could not understand why a supposedly high end plumber would not check this- incredulous!! I shook the pipes and they broke in my hands due to internal corrosion causing me to have to run down to HD and pick up $ 68.00 worth of parts. This was where the pain part of the leak had come from. I finished the job with in an hour later which I should not have to have gotten involved in the first place! Caveat Emptor Consumer beware, Watch out for these unscrupulous unprofessional rip off artists who purport themselves as knowledgeable but perform unsatisfactory work!

This guy Robert is pretty bad. Walks around the house for $180/hr and does nothing but talk even tho a plumbing pipe inspection was requested due to fowl odor. Didn't even have tools with him. Then charges the customer, stating how lucky I am to have him as the big company's charge $300/hr. I'm the biggest dummy for paying him tho! Please find someone else!!
