Robert the owner was very professionally, thorough, knowledgeable, patient when explaining his process, and his rates are very reasonable. He replaced my water heater and humidifier and checked out my ice maker in my refrigerator. I felt that he was looking out for my best interest. A++++ service and I would hire RTP again if I ever need another plumbing repair or installation.
