Rubin and Santiago do exceptionally good work. clear, precise, and accurate.
They have added two washing machines into our laundry room plus one dryer. Not an easy task. Meanwhile, they have replaced sinks, toilets, and hot water heater, and repaired leaking showers. They have done more but thought I would just use these examples.

They support our home and our rental properties.

I will be using them again whenever there is a plumbing problem or a new design project.

Ruben and Santiago stand out from other plumbers I've worked with (or attempted to work with) in a few ways: 1. Their reasonable response time. My experience lately is that some people don't respond at all to initial inquiries or take weeks to answer questions or let my requests die on the vine. R & S actually responded and did their best to fit my kitchen and bathtub faucet and handle replacement into their schedule 2. Their Knowledge and expertise. They had the experience and knowledge about fixtures, my building and the requirements of the job and explained what needed to be done to me clearly. They really outshine other plumbers in this department. 3. Their reasonable rates. They charge by the hour and because of #2, they worked efficiently and got the jobs done quickly. I'm very happy with my beautiful new fixtures and trust that the installation was well done. Nice guys, too. Highly recommended.

Ruben and Santiago did a fantastic job. Took a look at my drain leak, identified the problem in 30 minutes. Went and got the supplies in 45 minutes and finished the work in 90 minutes. First off, he knew exactly what I was talking about with the detail he gave me over the phone (1.5"" to 2"", etc). That shows knowledge and made me feel comfortable. The best part is that he charges BY THE HOUR and didn't quote me some outrageous cost like the other plumbing companies did just to make a buck off me!! Ruben is honest, fair and reliable and does awesome work, including his son who works with him. Call him, you won't be sorry!!

Ruben has been my go to plumber for years. I've referred him to my mom and friends and always received positive feedback. He has installed sinks/faucets, vanities, dishwashers, toilets, outdoor water spigots, vanities, cleared blocked lines (sorry about those eggshells Ruben), and recently repaired work done by a plumber my tile guy brought in. Ruben is friendly, efficient, totally trustworthy, and has squeezed himself into nasty places under the house without complaint or charging a fortune. Overall his prices are very reasonable and he gets right to work so he usually finishes faster than I ever expect him to. I hope he stays in the business for years and years so I don't have to ever worry about finding another plumber.

Wonderful experience with R&S Plumbing. Ruben came to us in a timely fashion to estimate the cost to replace two bathroom sinks. He gave us the free quote within a couple of days, and it was significantly lower than what a few others had quoted us. With our friend's recommendation for R&S, and the knowledge that Ruben is the primary plumber for our condo complex, we decided to go for it. Just two days later he replaced our sinks, did a wonderful job and was very courteous.
