My central AC stopped working in the evening during our first heat wave (July 2022). I left a voicemail with Rob and by morning his assistant Dana was at my house, part in hand, and had my unit running before lunch. It needed a startup motor capacitor. Rob called me back the same day I left a message and was actually able to squeeze me into his busy schedule just a few days later. We started with Rob having him install 3 toilets. From beginning to end the project went smoothly. Rob returns calls, is good about communicating when the job will be done and gave us good advice on what toilets to buy. As far as the actual work it was flawless and when he was done you couldn't tell that a plumber had been in the house.

This went so well we contracted with Rob to replace a 20 year old oil fired heating and hot water system with an updated propane fired high-efficiency system. After the initial contract we added installing heating baseboards in a 4th zone on our sun porch. Again, from beginning to end everything went smoothly. All commitments and deadlines were met. He promptly provided the paper work I need to get the Mass Save rebate. Again, when the job was done you couldn't tell that a plumber was in the house, and that includes the removal of the old system.

Rob clearly takes great pride in his work and I I unconditionally recommend him.

Called Rob on the morning before Christmas (Dec 24) after I failed to successfully replace the insides of my toilet tank. He said he'd be over (to Jamestown Rd and Willard St) in an hour, and he was right on time. After getting a rubber gasket from his truck he was able to fix a couple of leaks quite quickly, and charged little even though it was a holiday weekend!
