Ryan R.Great Company if you like shoddy/poor work! Brian and Rueben were overseeing my project and Im not sure it could have gone worse.
Bathroom job was completed horribly. Months after, majority of the grout in my tile floor and shower is cracking, and there are quite a few uneven tiles. Tilework as a whole is amature at best.
The tile I picked out for my floor, they tiled the shower with. The tile I picked out for the shower they put on the floor. They then charged me for more floor tile after their mistake (which they never fixed).
I found a great deal on some clearance tile for the shower floor and for trim around the inside and outside of the shower door. Wonderful professionals did not even slope the floor to the drain causing water to pool. First they tried to tell me it was a ""grouting issue"" before finally accepting it needed to be torn out. They ripped out the expensive clearance tile (which I could no longer get) and replaced it with cheaper tile that doesnt match the trim (which they didn't replace)
If you need to paint and have a choice between your 5 year old and these ""professionals"", I would choose the 5 year old, they will be capable of straighter paint lines.
Cracked the new marble shower threshold while putting in the shower door and did not fix.
Bathroom door won't even shut properly
Got dust and mud all over my brand new top of the line washer and dryer, didnt bother to clean.
Employees disappear off job site, and bring their children to work. One employee would sit in their car in front of my house with the kid while the other worked. This happened on multiple occasions.
After having them in my house for 3 months I was just excited to get my house back to normal and quickly/ignorantly signed off before thoroughly inspecting the work. I regret this decision now.
I do have pictures to back workmanship claims
Hopefully someone will read this and learn from my mistske before they delete the comment to save their reputation. Or maybe they will stand up, admit they were wrong, and fix my bathroom. I highly doubt it.
