I was very pleased with R&R. Blake was able to replace my pressure tank for my well which was situated in a tough spot to reach. He figured out a great approach and the new one is working perfectly. Other plumbing companies didn't want to deal with it so grateful that they came to my rescue! They are great with old houses on septic systems and know how to trouble-shoot them. I highly recommend them!

We've found our new favorite plumbers! The night before Thanksgiving, a long-term, wonderful tenant reported that her basement had flooded in Ypsilanti. The city came out and they were worthless. We called another service -- the one we've used for rental properties for 25 years -- someone came out, but they made absolutely no effort to find the actual cause and nothing happened (and we had to pay for this ""service""). A business contact of our tenant recommended R & R, and we're so happy they did. Blake came out (as mentioned before, the night before Thanksgiving) and diagnosed and fixed the problem for a pittance compared to other services. Even though we haven't used R & R before and he didn't know us, he was willing to leave the invoice with out tenant and trusted us to pay him. Blake's comment was, ""we've been in business for 45 years in this area so we know exactly what to do in these older homes."" He sure did! We're putting R & R on speed-dial and we thank Blake and R & R very much.

I'm really grateful to these guys. They were able to respond to my call and get here quickly. They assessed the situation and went beyond what I'd hoped. They were also reasonably priced. Blake and Mike were very professional. I highly recommend them.

They came out at augered my basement floor drain. Cost me $85 for about 10 minutes work. A little over a month later, the drain backed up again, at which point, I was informed that there was no warranty, but if I wanted to pay another $85, they would come out and do it again. I told them I would never use their company again, and they were completely unconcerned, and unapologetic. Find a company that stands by their work.
