While looking for a septic company I found R & R to have fair pricing, easy scheduling, and good communication. Tim came out today and was prompt, friendly & courteous. Will definitely use them again and recommend to others.

I don't know if they're under new management, but it's definitely not the same company it used to be.

We've been customers of R&R for over 20 years. A few years ago we had septic draining issues. They came out and fixed the problem.... temporarily as it turns out. This year we started having the same issues again. It took us 3 calls to finally get a call back, and they said they'd come out and diagnose the problem for $500 ($250 ahead of time) even though a few years ago we paid them thousands to fix it. They finally came out today (about 7 weeks later). After digging up our boxes, they said they couldn't fix the problem, we still owed them the other $250, and all they could do is what they did last time for $2300 (which obviously didn't work). My husband said no thanks, but still had to pay the remaining $250 ($500 total).

He immediately called another company that said they knew exactly what the problem was and they could fix it for a fraction of what R&R was going to charge to NOT fix it. Plus they'll be out tomorrow, not 7 weeks from now.

I basically wasted $500 on a wrong diagnosis and horrible customer service. Save your time and money and look elsewhere!

My husband called them mid morning and they showed up by mid afternoon on 8/7/19. They cleaned out our septic tank and mentioned that we needed to have the main drain rodded. They came out next day to rod the main drain. They were reasonably priced and prompt. The office girl was polite and courteous and got me scheduled right away. GREAT company and would recommend them.

We had R&R Septic come out to address our water issues in our backyard. They came out and ran a camera through the line, but we have yet to get a proposal/estimate to fix the issue. We have called the office numerous times looking for an update and the secretary keeps telling us they have been busy and she will have Ron the owner get back to us. It's now been two months...Even if they do ever call us back, I would never have them do the job - too unreliable.
They didn't have any problems cashing our $175 check though!! I would NOT recommend R&R Septic to anyone!

I called this company on a recommendation and they were closed and because I was impatient I called another company ! The other company came out quoted me $715.00 for a main line block they couldn't fix so they charged me $50.00 and left my toilet off after three hours!! R and R Septic came out found two areas with blockage and put back the toilet they never touched and charged me $225. Also they were super professional and talked to me as a equal!!!!!

We called first thing in the morning when our basement had a major backup. They came by within a couple hours, finished the job in less than one hour, and were super helpful and pleasant about the whole situation. Highly recommend.
