I have been bringing my yard equipment to RR pump for over 20 years. Always impressed with honest, knowledgeable and friendly service... Until today.
Over charged by replacing parts I didn't give permission to change, didn't address the issues I mentioned at drop off and the worst customer service I've ever experienced there.
So disappointed.
Moving one.

Travis, Tyler, Dave and Dustin have done work for me for the past 2+ years. They fit me in for emergencies (Even showing up when I had a pipe break at dinner hour.) and do my remodels. They show up on time, work quickly and efficiently, leave everything clean, and move anything that might be in the way, including decor and dust collectors. It's so nice to have contractors I can trust to do the job well and at a fair price. You'll be happy you called.

2. tamer is an absolute condescending ass. if you can have anyone else help you it is worth the stop.

Guys that came to my house were very friendly and got the plumbing issue fixed in couple hours.
The 1400 bill had to be paid immediately, would not work with us on a payment plan which left us short on our finances.
Only use them if you have full amount to pay bill immediately

Called for a quote to install residential irrigation. Owners son came to our house in anticipation of an estimate. Told me he'd absolutely get a bid to me by email in 3-4 days. It's been three months and still no contact. I'd avoid these guys. No integrity or customer service.
