Oct 2014: I used this company (R&R Plumbing in Mission TX) various times due to my good experience with them in 2012. They were good so far. Recently they has changed a lot. Now they even have someone to attend the phone. I called them in Oct 2014 to fix a leak under the kitchen sink. They sent some plumber who knew very little about the food dispenser. I had to show him where the reset switch is located. He noticed the water leak from the dispenser but took out the faucet assembly. Unfortunately, he could not install back properly. Somehow, the end result was worse. I regret calling them this time. Their rating is changed from 4 to 2.

Nov 2012: It is my pleasure to recommend R & R plumbing if you need any plumbing or sewer related help at your home. My shower was not giving hot water. It was just a coincidence that I got these great guys from the yellow pages. They are very honest and they try to keep appointments on time. The dispatcher Suzie even calls to follow up whether the guys showed up or not. The plumber Rene inspected and told me the valve assembly has to be replaced and it needs to open the wall from behind. The cost will be $240. With a little disappointment, I said OK. Next day Rene came with two experts. The experts found out that the rubber ring from a tap got loose and was stuck in the pipe. After about an hour of hard work, they were able to get it out. Two visits, four guys, and couple of hours: my bill was $60.00. I give them A++++.
