I needed my garbage disposal replaced with a new one (same model) that I had purchased. I was quoted a flat rate which was very reasonable. I got an appointment the day after I contacted them. It was not an emergency so that was fine. Two men arrived within the one hour time frame I was given, and did a great job replacing the unit which took about an hour.
