Mandy C.R&R plumbed the house I recently purchased, so I decided to see if they could swap out two (taller) toilets for me. I'd already purchased the toilets I wanted, so I called and left a message with their service line. A nice woman called me back within an hour and offered me an appointment the next morning! Can't beat that for service. The plumber Danny showed up within the window of time promised and was quite friendly/knowledgeable. He even had his own wax rings and didn't have to use those I bought. He went to work, and had the two toilets swapped out as well as a bidet installed on one in no time! He examined them both with me to ensure there were no leaks, and that they functioned properly before he left. He placed the two original commodes very neatly in my garage as I'd requested on two trash bags. The price was more than reasonable for this job, also. I was able to pay with a credit card via their Clover service.
Two thumbs up!
Shelli Y.Completely Incompetent. Both showers in our new home have been installed incorrectly by R&R. Water under the floor and mold damage. They have re-installed one of the showers twice, it's still not right. My days are wasted while they come here and accomplish nothing. Shower hasn't been operational in months. And the other shower still needs torn out and replaced, if they ever figure this one out. HORRIBLE!
Paul R.After calling several plumbers about getting a battery backup sump pump for my basement I talked to R and R. They did the plumbing in my new house and were fixing a few items so I asked how much there cost was. They were 50% less than two others. I new that the other two seemed high so was relieved to find a reasonable cost. Plumber was great got here right on time also they use a good zoller pump and maintenance free battery. Took them around 1hr to complete. It's one of those items you don't want to use but glad to have it done.
This company is terrible!
They were the plumbers that installed our plumbing in our new home built through Arbor Homes. We closed on our home on April 1st and exactly a week later we had plumbing issues on our main level... Carpet in our living room was soaked and there was standing water in our laundry room. Keep in mind this is new construction... we had the emergency crew out and they ""found baby wipes"" in our plumbing and said that was the problem and then tried to charge us a bill for that service when we didn't use any baby wipes at all. Almost another week later, we had the same issue but water only soaked our laundry room this time. So the same guys came back out and ran a snake through our master toilet (they had to remove the toilet and go through the drain). We were told that the toilet paper we used was too thick and we should change it (We were using Charmin and we were recommended to change to Angel Soft). We have been in our home for 4 months now and every now and then the drains would start gurgling. Finally I called and said I wanted a camera ran through my plumbing. They set up a date and time (July 2nd) and my fiance was there and to our knowledge no one showed up but we sure received a bill for having a camera ran (Our house is still under warranty). Needless to say I called and I was informed that was a mistake and I should not have received the bill. July 27th comes around and my stepdaughter called me and said water was flowing out of her toilet and she sent us a video and water was leaking from the upstairs down into our kitchen through the can lights. We also had water coming through the vent fan in our downstairs bathroom. We had her shut the water valve off and my fiance went home to check things out. We had to have the remediation company come out. They had to put 10 large fans in the house to dry everything out and had 2 dehumidifiers. Flooring had to be ripped up in the upstairs bathroom and the toilet taken off to necessitate that. I told the plumbing company I wanted a camera ran. So they sent someone out and they actually knocked on the door and let us know they were there. I was told there was a defect in the pipe coming from the outside into the house and it was causing toilet paper and other things to clump up and clog the drain. I was told that this was the same finding as when they came out on July 2nd. I told her no one had been out and she informed me that someone had and actually showed me the video from it. And in fact, the same issue was noted on that and no one had called us to let us know or anything. Had someone communicated that to us, we might not have had the overflowing of the toilet issue and ruined floor, etc. So in order to fix the issue, they had to come to our house and drill up our slab and retrieve the piece of pipe that was in our main drain that did not belong there.
Sally L.Worse plumbing company can not get plumbing lines straight for new homes.they try to ""fix"" the lines by zip towing them to the frame work causing pressure. Bowed walls from water damage threw house.
Awful plumbers. They installed a defective water heater in my home which failed after two years and flooded my home. I acknowledge that the defective water heater itself is not their fault, however, they did not install it sitting in a drain pan or elevate it. It was simple sitting on the floor. Then they did not return any of the 4 emergency calls I placed to them. Avoid these plumbers at all costs.
