Very disappointed in this company. They flaked on me for the second time. They promise to call and don't. They promise to come and they don't. I am with Choice Warranty and perhaps they just don't want those jobs. They are very irresponsible and rude. If you decide to do business with them I hope you have a better experience than I have had.

We woke up to our main water line having busted. I called R&R Plumbing and they responded quickly. Two technicians came out and took care of the situation. They were so helpful and informative and helped us deal with everything. I was happily shocked and impressed with how fast they took care of the problem and fixed the pipe.

I recently contacted R&R to fix a leak in my restroom in which they arrived as soon as they could. They inspected the issue, provided a detail report about what had gone wrong, and fixed the leak in no time. They even went out of their way to inspect the rest of my pipes and fix all other smaller issues that a previous plumber had left wrong.
I would definitely recommend William for your next job.

I had a leaky shower. I called and got R&R plumbing close to my house. They wanted to come right out but I was leaving for a business trip. So I made an appointment for today, two young men came out on time and took care of my shower and fixed a problem I made with a new garbage disposal. They were fast, courteous and reasonable in price. I will be using them in the future.

I called these guys to come and fix my shower they bull shitted me for two days and never showed up. If you need to waist your time and DO NOT need your shower fixed do not call them. Unprofessional.

Don't pay attention to those other reviews! This is now 2017 and they are awesome. I had a bath faucet leak - fixed. Beautiful new fixture too. Toilet was rocking. reseated correctly after a bad handyman install - perfect! Another toilet had what I assumed was a need for a new wax ring, needed a lot of work we didn't know about after the toilet was removed, including the new wax ring. Here's the kicker: they noticed a continued leak. It was another problem that I would not have noticed, but fixed it without me having to call them back later for it. Neat, clean, quick, thorough and reasonably priced. Could not be happier.

I think you should quit throwing your business card with a rock in the bag. that is cheap and also I have to pick up before I mow. use a flyer in the mail like most business do, not some cheap ad style.

These guys are the WORST plumbers! We live in an apartment and had mold in our shower, so the whole shower was redone... 4 times!! A job that should have taken a week, took almost 3 months! We know this because we talked to multiple plumbers after we got to 2 months and still no shower. They are sloppy and do sloppy work. They had tar, thinset, glue and grout all over our bathroom floors and walls. One of them pooped in our toilet, got it on the seat, wall and toilet paper roll. Then the next time they came, they stuff our toothbrushes in the toilet! They left a mess for me to clean every time they left. Cut 2x4's IN our bathroom instead of outside. The initial tile they laid down was porous, so it leaked through the bottom and all over our floor. The 2nd to last tile the laid cracked under our feet because it was severely uneven. The last tile they laid had not broken or leaked through, but it it uneven, meaning sharp edges and the large possibility of breaking. They blamed US for the shower leaking, saying we didn't give it time. We gave it a week each time and it still broke or leaked. They took zero accountability for their poor workmanship. There is SO much more and I could go on and on, but all I can say is, I would not recommend hiring them because your initial issue will turn out worse than it is. They are frauds and should really find another profession, if you want to call what they do professional. Save your money and time and call someone else. They don't even deserve one star.
