Called the Murrieta branch in the morning as my hot water cistern had failed.
John arrived two hours later, and showed me why it had failed. He gave me a price which was reasonable less a 10% discount for senior citizen. I agreed, and he left to pick up a replacement.
Back within the hour, John Installed the new system and cleaned up beautifully.

Good appointment availability and prompt office staff. The whole we can't give any pricing ranges over the phone for a simple faucet replacement feels like a sales tactic to get onsite and then you just give up and agree to pricing. In today's world with video and pictures you can quote a faucet replacement. This is the second time I have had them come out and they are just overpriced. Simple kitchen faucet 30 minutes to replace was $280. They originally quoted $305 and then I had to ask for a discount to get $25 off. So $280 to replace a $80 faucet. They previously quoted $1200 for two toilet replacement. Toilets cost $100 to $200. Overall I would suggest folks getting multiple quotes before moving forward with this company's services. Pricing model is overpriced

The office person that texted me for info was an airhead and I almost blew them off, but I'm glad I didn't. The project manager Tom was awesome. He had a wealth of plumbing knowledge and came up with the perfect plan for replacing my water heater with a tankless. It looks great and created more space in that corner of our garage. He even pointed out a couple of non-plumbing issues with my house that I'm now getting other contractors to fix. He defines the term - Goes the Extra Yard.
