I was completely dreading having to have a plumber come to my house and kept putting it off since I did not know what company I could trust for good service at a fair price. When it got to the point that I could not put it off any longer I called R&R and set up an appointment. I was able to get an appointment the following day and was pleasantly surprised when the plumber, David, showed up at the beginning of the appointment window. He was able to quickly diagnose the two problems that I had at not cost! He did not try to sell me on expensive diagnostics or upsell me on anything and actually encouraged me to do the repairs myself (changing a wax toilet ring and replacing a valve). It was so refreshing to have someone treat me with respect and not try to just make the problem bigger than it was so that they could change me an arm and a leg. Next time I have plumbing problems I will not put them off and I will be calling R&R again and asking for David.

I have some amateur plumbing skills and usually do the simple plumbing tasks for my extended family. When I was out of town on business, my mom had a basic plumbing issue that couldn't wait. She got good, rapid service and was treated well. When I returned, I inspected the job and it looked as it should. While it was a simple job, we were completely happy with the process and the results.

Very happy with R&R's services, from the friendly phone scheduler to Raffi our plumber! Raffi did a great job flushing our tankless water heater and replacing the descaler cartridge! He was super friendly and efficient! Will definitely call again for future needs!
