My kitchen sink was clogged after thanksgiving. I tried unclogging myself but it was still clogged. I inquired with several plumbers. Rogelio was the first to reply back and could come right the way. He was quick to assess the issue, a clog somewhere in the sewer line, snaked it, and also took care of another issue in the bathroom sink. I was very glad to have all these issues fixed. I was even happier that his price was pretty reasonable! Looks like he is a small business with just himself. Happy to support this small family business also.

Owner Roy takes justifiable pride in his craftsmanship. He perseveres until he zeroes in on a problem and fixes it - at a very honest and reasonable rate, significantly less than the ""big name"" companies. Roy has an unmatched work ethic and never shies away from a task, irrespective of whether it is on a normal workday or weekend. No task is too daunting for him. He never gives up and he is an absolute perfectionist and a consummate professional who faces a problem head-on and does not give up until solved. Never overbills (no hidden surprises), in fact does not charge extra for off-hours or for unanticipated issues which might turn out to take longer than had initially been foreseen.
