Recommended Customer Reviews
Update (next day): Got a call today apologizing that they dropped the ball and didn't call to advise they were overbooked yesterday. They came out today in a flash and fixed my issue super fast. Guys were super great! Thanks for making it right, truly appreciate taking care of customers.

Well, had an appointment set for the afternoon hours. Was told they would call when on the way. Waited for the call. Waited for someone to show up. No one called and no one showed up. I called them at 4:50pm to find out whether they were coming and got answering service. I left message asking if they were still coming as I needed to get bathroom sinks fixed since we couldn't use them. No one every called me back.
Very disappointed in the lack of customer care I received today. After reading reviews while writing this, I see this has happened quite often.
I cannot believe they want to charge $140 for a service call to unclog a drain. Other companies charge $99 to unclog drains and if they can't they won't charge.
Its is unfortunate this happened as now I have to find another plumber. Never had this problem with this company before when we called them out. Guess things have changed.
Had Julio out to the house for a leak that we terrified of. He was prompt efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and gave us a very fair price to repair.

Janelle H.I had a Pipe leaking under my kitchen sink. I contacted the office and they where able to schedule a same day appointment! The technician who came out was very professional and knowledgeable! I will definitely call them back the next time I need a plumber.
I can see why the reviews are so terrible for this place. They told me that they would be at my house between 8 and 8:30 am to give me an estimate. When no one showed I called to see what happened and was told there was a large emergency and they would call me later in the day. The following day when I had not heard I called to reschedule I was told they checked their computer and I had asked for estimates before and they never did any work so they did not want to deal with me anymore. While I do not believe that is true, even if it was true at a minimum they could have called and cancelled the appointment which was made days before. Sloppy and bad customer service. Par for the course for this place apparently.
Mark H.Came out on 8/5/18. sail he will be here within a hour. 45 minuter he was here. Got the main line open. This is the second time I used them. Great people
B P.Made an appointment, then they called me same day and said I'd have to pay an extra hour in travel time since I was 30 minutes each way. 1, this is absurd, and 2, if that was their absurd policy, why didn't they mention it when I booked the appointment? Now I'm stuck with my same sink problem looking for someone else. Total bait and switch.
Rikki S.Wonderful service from begging to end!!! I called on a Monday afternoon regarding a broken garbage disposal, the receptionist was extremely helpful and kind. She called one of the plumbers that was in the field and was able to get someone to do a service call same day. The Plummer was quick, efficient and cleaned up everything. Will definitely use Pat Harris Plumbing again!
I have had the opportunity to use them on several properties in the area and I have always had great results. They show up when they say and they do good work
I did have one situation were I received an estimate and the job ended up being more. Not because of an error on their part, rather, issues that could not be seen until the pipes were visible. They showed me the problems and explained the fix. Very professional.
This service provider is as bad as it can get. We contacted the company on Friday. They committed to come over on Monday from 10 am to 12 pm, and said that it would probably be in the earlier part of the time window. The plumber never showed up. My husband had to call at 12 pm to talk to someone, and he was told that they were going to get back to him or me asap, and that the plumber was probably delayed.
Since we never heard back I started calling again after 12:15. I called FIVE TIMES from 12 to 3 pm and left a message, phone number, address, etc every single time to the ""answering company"" they hire for answering purposes (!) They even listed my call as an emergency the last time so somebody WOULD respond. I'm still to hear back from anyone. Unacceptable.
Please spread the word. You have to work REALLY REALLY hard to be this bad, missing a two-hour window and never responding back to clients.
Unprofessional, rude and unethical. Do not use this company.
My wife called to get a water heater repaired. The plumber took the water heater apart and left our house to ""get a part"" and never returned. For this they charged $300.
They said we had an ""After Market"" water heater and they couldn't repair it. They could only sell us a new one for $1600. I guess General Electric is now ""after market"".
I went to Home Depot and bough and installed a new 50 gallon heater for $739.
When I called to inquire about the $300 diagnosis I encountered a rude gentleman who actually told me ""it takes time"" and there was nothing he could do and hung up.
I should have called Amado Plumbing instead.
