R & R N Minutes is the most HONEST,PROFESSIONAL and REASONABLY PRICED Plumbing company I have ever dealt with. They saved me from a 2810.00 rip off.

Originally, I called Drain Right because both of my sinks in my master bathroom were stopped up. A very charming, professional and courteous young man came out. He also told me that the charge would be about 75.00. He put forth some effort with the snake machine to try and unclog the sinks, but to no avail. He explained that my pipe setup was in a T- Configuration and that was basically why the snake was in effective. Jesus told me that he would call his boss and he would probably come back the next day with another technician with a camera. I went to get my check book to pay the bill and Jesus told me no, because; he was not able to solve the problem. Okay, that was very impressive.

Next day, Jesus returns with another Technician by the name of Nelson, whom I assumed had a camera, even though I never saw it. Nelson looks under the sinks, ask me about the roof and goes to the location of the main piping system.

Now here is where the game begins. Nelson tells me that due to my T-Configuration and the age of my pipes that they have to be changed and I need Hydro-Jetting. They will also have to take out part of my wall and replace all the pipes. They will have to get a permit and the job should take about 2 days; maybe 3 days at the most. I ask Nelson how much is this going to cost me?

Nelson leaves and returns with the price. The price is @ standard rate 3200, but; they will give me the Senior Discount of 2880.00. I am of course shocked and ask is this the best they can do and is there another way of solving the problem; of course the answer was no. Nelson also showed me a picture on his cell phone of one of my pipes with some rust on it that would need replacing in the main area. He told me that they would replace it for free, no problem.

Okay, they lost me @ having to Hydro-jet and replacing the piping too. I not stupid; why would I need both? I called another Plumber by the name of R &R N Minutes. R & R N Minutes came out the next day and did some of the same checks that Drain Right performed with one exception. R & R N Minutes went up in my attic to check for the Venting. Low and behold ""VENTS"":; they took the Snake Machine up there and had my sinks unclogged in 15 minutes. The total cost was 70.00.
Folks, I will let you be the judge, either the Carson Drain Right location has incompetent plumbers; or they are just STRAIGHT OUT CROOKS!!!!!!

Don't waste your time call R & R N Minutes they didn't rip me off and they were very pleasant ,clean and courteous.

If I could have given the company a higher rating I would have! I am totally impressed with the professionalism, the quick response, and completion of the job! They didn't try to over price me like my estimate to complete the work. I greatly appreciate that! The plumber, Dasani was great! Thank you to ""R & R N Minutes"" for a job well done!
