Extremely unprofessional call crew. The first time I called in, I was told that a service expert would call me. Waited a week, no phone call.
When I called them again and called them out, they gave me an appointment 3 days later. The 8AM appointment never showed up. I called at 8:30 to only be told there had been an ""emergency"" which they were called into. The time kept moving to 11, then 2, and at the end of the day I was told they couldn't make it and I needed to reschedule.
I don't think they are interested in keeping their business. Stay away from the aggravation!

This company is very professional, but make sure you have enough money to afford them. I've had them replace an instant-hot-water pipe in my kitchen sink. The new pipe works fine, and both times they visited, the technicians were polite, competent, and professional. They diagnosed the problem on the first visit, ordered the replacement part, and installed it on the second visit. It took about a week longer than they promised for the part to arrive, but the end result was OK.

Now about the charges: boy, am I glad my landlord is paying for this. This is how it breaks down:

First visit: minimum $150. No matter what happens, even if it's just a five-minute visit, the charge starts at $150. It could be more, if the visit is over an hour.

Second visit: $30 ""trip charge,"" plus parts, plus $55 per half-hour. But here's the rub: the visit starts the moment the truck is parked and extends way beyond the end of the work itself. After completing the work, the technician goes back to the truck, calls the office, does the paperwork, comes back inside, and then charges you for all that time. In my case, it took just just under one hour onsite to complete the work, but I was charged for an hour and a half due to this walking from and to the truck before and after. I've asked the technician about it, and he said that even the time it takes him to explain the charges is billable. :-O I've called the company afterwards to see if perhaps they'd credit me back the extra half an hour, but the person on the phone politely explained that that wasn't possible. Oh, well.

I do like the quality of the work, and this would have been a four-star review if only the pricing were more reasonable.

I am going into trouble writing this to let others know about the services this company provides. If you have $150 to spare for a guy to come in, walk around your house for 30 min without fixing a problem, that the company to call. Total rip off! They don't even give you a statement with the description of charges!
