TERRIBLE. Do not use this company. Yes, the price seems good, but it's not worth it. So many times my husband called and emailed them and they wouldn't answer (after we left a deposit). They eventually came and dig out the hole for our septic, we connected everything.... and they NEVER came back to cover up the hole. (Even though it was included in the thousands of dollars we paid them). We've called and emailed them to come cover up the hole and they will not respond.

They are scammers.

I do not even want to give this company 1 star!!!!! After finishing my septic I called and asked for a receipt because I received a large bill from the home company, which was much more than I was told to start with. The office woman , If you would even refer to her as that..... told me she would call me back in the evening with the information. She never called and wouldn't answer my calls from there. I had my husband call from his phone and she answered immediately. She then told him they keep no records of business so she would not give us a receipt or any information on the septic that we had installed on our own property...!!!! VERY unprofessional !!! Obviously she was trying to cover someone since I was way over charged...!!! I do NOT recommend using these people!!!!
