I contacted Richard on Friday after being informed from a different Backflow Testing Company that my routine annual Backflow Testing failed. Instead of just paying for the repairs, I decided to get a second opinion since the other company didn't send me a detailed proposal of the repairs to be done. Luckily I found Richard on yelp and sent him a message and he responded within minutes! He even said that he could come out the very next day! Well he DID come out the very next day and performed the test, which did fail, HOWEVER, it passed after a simple cleaning! No repairs had to be done or parts replaced! Due to unforeseen circumstances, they had to do additional work that was not included in the initial quotation. We expected to see additional charges on the final invoice, but the invoice we received remained true to the original quote - not a penny more!
