Fantastic service from quotation to completion! Richard really took the time to carefully study what the job required instead of just blindly sending a quotation. Once we had decided to move ahead with the project, they were able to put us in their schedule within the week. They arrived on time and got to working on the job straight away, finishing the installation within just a few hours!

R&R Backflow is a company that is truly committed to not only their work, but also to their customers. Due to unforeseen circumstances, they had to do additional work that was not included in the initial quotation. We expected to see additional charges on the final invoice, but the invoice we received remained true to the original quote - not a penny more!

I dealt with Richard, the owner, and he always promptly answered my questions in dealing with a somewhat complicated back flow issue. He always communicated with me promptly and clearly. He quickly had his technician test and resolve a back flow device and kept me involved in updates throughout the entire process. Richard is very knowledgable as he apparently worked for a major city and was in charge of the back flow testing and compliance on the city side so he has a wealth of invaluable knowledge.

I will definitely use R&R Backflow for my annual testing and future repairs! It's a true pleasure doing business with such a highly professional and reliable organization.

It was that time of year where we needed a backflow test done at our place of business like every year and normally I go with a different company but I couldn't get ahold of them so I called R & R and I'm so glad I did. Called Richard for testing our church backflow devices (several of them) and he answered right away and setup an appointment for just a few days later. One of our devices barely failed testing and he patched it up on the spot and retested it for a pass. He also recommended replacing a few stressed bolts with new ones which he also had on hand; that was a no-brainer decision. BTW: Previous testers had pointed out the same problem but didn't carry the supplies and weren't interested in coming back to take care of it...uhg...thanks Richard for taking care of business.

Richard knows what he is doing in the backflow testing niche and is investing long-term in his client relationships. It wont be long before he's operating via word-of-mouth. Richard is a genuine and honest expert in the back flow testing business, but he can also replace pressure regulators and shut off valves. He came out to our company to inspect a leak at a union outside but we eventually had to replace the pressure regulator. Richard did such a great job for our company, that I contacted him for another job at my house.

I had a small leak at the main shut off valve leading to the sprinkler system. The previous owner did not do a good job and used multiple fittings pieced together. Richard came out and pin pointed potential problems and gave me options on what I could do. Since it was original valve and pressure regulator, I had Richard do a clean rebuild with all new parts, fittings and valves from the ground to the building. The installation was super clean and professional looking. The connection are all the right sizes and now I have peace of mind.

He did a great job for our company and at my house that I would use him for future issues. I would highly recommend Richard.
