Great fast service, great communication! I would highly recommend them if you need backflow testing.

The first time we used them, we had to replace a few parts costing a few hundred dollars. Thinking it was a little suspicious, we went ahead and used them. However, that proved to be false! They were very honest and forthcoming with information to relieve my concerns. We used them ever since.

I was referred by my plumber. I called Richard Sunday to tell him I had a last minute job due Tuesday. He was friendly, helpful and was able to contact the city in our behalf for an extension. Didnt need it after all because he came next day and completed the job. Very responsive with email and very professional. Highly recommend.

I called for a Sunday afternoon service because of the Backflow leak. Richard came and surprised me with a bill of $385 for a 5 minute service. Basically the screw was loose. I thought it was highly overcharge and he didnot give me an estimate. When I asked why it's so expensive , He said normally he charges $685 for Sunday. Wow. So expensive. Other plumber charges $89 for Backflow testing/service charge. Please be careful !!!!!
