We have a small nursery in Seal Beach, and we have used R&R Backflow Testing and Service for the last 3-4 years. Richard responds promptly and is always very courteous. Correspondence, including billing, is usually done via email which is time saving for us. He accepts a variety of payment methods, and we trust Richard with our annual testing and service. We highly recommend using R&R Backflow as we feel you would not be disappointed with the service.

I was referred by my plumber. I called Richard Sunday to tell him I had a last minute job due Tuesday. He was friendly, helpful and was able to contact the city in our behalf for an extension. Didnt need it after all because he came next day and completed the job. Very responsive with email and very professional. Highly recommend.

I called for a Sunday afternoon service because of the Backflow leak. Richard came and surprised me with a bill of $385 for a 5 minute service. Basically the screw was loose. I thought it was highly overcharge and he didnot give me an estimate. When I asked why it's so expensive , He said normally he charges $685 for Sunday. Wow. So expensive. Other plumber charges $89 for Backflow testing/service charge. Please be careful !!!!!
