Matthew G.My water heater died on the 24th of December . I called American Home Shield and they Dispatched these guys for the repair . I knew that it's wasn't going to happen until Tuesday because of the holiday .
Bright and early Tuesday morning I spoke to these folks and the Quickest they could come was Thursday morning ( ugh ) . They offered to call American Home Shield and have them Re-dispatch the call .
They could have just made me wait BUT they chose to lose the service call money ( 75.00) and the price of a water heater and labor as well .
In my book that by its self makes them Honest and Customers centered Company . And worthy of praise and Thanks .
