Had them install a hot water heater and the unit kept tripping breakers, it took awhile to figure out the problem, the hot water tank manufacturer thought it was the thermostat at first, but that didn't solve the problem. The manufacturer took the plumber through a series of tests which isolated the problem to our breaker panel. Got an electrician out and problem solved.

The install was done very well, everything to code and neatly done, and didn't leave a mess.

Was impressed with the way they kept on top of this installation and kept us informed. These folks did some plumbing work for us last year and the outcome was perfect as well. Good people.

Very bad office workers!!

Had a plumber come and fix a leak in my bathroom. Plumber stayed less then fifteen minutes and they charge me for a full hour of work! That's $110.00 for fifteen minutes of work and that does not include parts!!. They did not mention this over the phone when i called them. Was very upset over this unexpected cost and will not call them again.

I had a great experience with Silverdale Plumbing & Heating. This afternoon I had water spraying into my garage after a frozen pipe thawed. Adam showed up this evening and fixed it for me pronto. My kids and I enjoyed chatting with him while he worked and he happily answered other plumbing related questions I had.

Silverdale Plumbing is very reliable & professional. They have plumbed all of my professional office and I've called them out to plumb my kitchen remodel. Their rates seemed reasonable. The plumber came on time & did quality work. They've been in the local community for a long time. I should probably give them 5 stars!
