Anyone who lives in South Florida knows how hard it is to find people who are trustworthy and take pride in their work. Richard Smith and his crew however possess both of these attributes. My in laws are in their 80's and had issues with their plumbing. They hired Richards company to do the work. I called Richard myself because I felt I needed to understand what work would be done and how much it would cost. From my first conversation with him I knew he was a professional and ethical person. When the work was completed, not only was it quality work, but it came in within the quoted amount. They even helped fix another small issue at no charge. I'm so impressed with these folks and glad to see that this caliber of people are still around. I wish him and his team continued success and hope that they never forget that quality and honest work always pays off!

Never deal with this company!! I repeat never deal with this company. Prices are ridiculous and a rip off!! Go to any other company but this one, unless you want to be hustled!! Had to give them one star, but wanted to rate them a negative.

Very prompt service. Chris, who handled my call was extremely nice and kept me updated for when to expect arrival. Price was reasonable and the plumbers were knowledgeable and courteous. Definitely would recommend and use again.

I call for a plumber to check a leak in my house they sent a plumber. They did not do they job. And they told the landlord to kick me out the house. I was recording everything the plumber was saying so I called back to the office and I spoke to the manager to let her know what was going on I called back an hour later to see what happened the manager which that she said she's the owner of r.p.Smith Plumbing said that she don't have to give me a courtesy call to tell me what happened with her and her employee because of the fact they did not find a leak so I didn't have to pay them so I'm not a customer this place is very unprofessional and I would never use them again.

Great plumbing company! Juan and Dane, are two terrific plumbers. They were on time, wore masks the whole time they were here and were very professional. They perfectly repaired the leaky ice maker tubing and replaced a part of my water heater that was leaking. They made sure that there were no leaks or messes while they did their work and left the spaces cleaner than when they arrived. They appeared to take great pride in their work. The service was fast, professional and very reasonable. I highly recommend R.P. Smith for your plumbing needs.

These guys are great. Like another review said, it's super hard to find anyone reliable or trustworthy in the South Florida area. These guys were super professional and came out quickly to clear a main line sewer blockage in our house that we had tried to clear ourselves. They were extremely knowledgable and within about 5min of looking around at the pipes, they knew exactly what issue was. Again, very professional and very quick...at a very fair price! You won't find any other business out there that can compete with these guys. If you have any plumbing issues or need someone to come out, I highly suggest giving these guys a call at R.P. Smith. You'll be glad you did!!

My husband and I had a leaky outdoor faucet. We decided to watch a couple You Tube videos and we were sure we knew how to take it off and put a new one on. Well, lets just say we made the leak worse and couldn't get the old faucet off. My husband started talking about getting a torch to get the faucet off- I decided we needed to make a call for the professionals to come in asap. I called R.P. Plumbing close to noon and I worried that they wouldn't be able to get anyone out the same day since it was already the middle of the day. They pulled through for us and had someone out to our house by 4pm. The worker was very professional and did a great job putting a new faucet on for us. The price was reasonable and we are so happy they were able to help us with such short notice.

Had a plumbing emergency this weekend when our main water line between the meter and the house broke. Called two companies... first one being Cutler Bay Plumbing based on their good Yelp reviews but they NEVER ANSWERED OR CALLED BACK! Next I called RP Smith Plumbing because they only had 4 total Yelp reviews. My mistake was that I should have called RP Smith first. Upon calling at 9am on Sunday morning, they answered immediately. They had a technician contact me and subsequently respond to my house within an hour. The technician quickly fixed the broken water main, and a cracked sprinkler pipe and had us back up and running in about an hour. Since it was a weekend, I was expecting to be charged an arm & a leg but the bill was very reasonable and definitely less than I expected. I am very happy with their service, promptness, and professionalism. I would definitely recommend them to anyone (friends, family, or clients). I believe the techs name was Felix (I am horrible with names) and he was awesome. Thanks to him and RP Smith, I am a happy customer. 5 Stars all day.

Excellent service! I think the plumber's name is Chris and he knew what the problem was just from us describing it. He and another plumber came in and fixed the problems quickly. The price was reasonable too. I will definitely call them again.
