I used McLaughlin plumbing on two occasions. First time was last year to fix and replace the drainpipe for our Washing Machine. Earlier this week I had him replace a 60-year-old Toilet and install a new shut off valve They (McLaughlin) are wonderful to work with on home repairs. The Plumber was prompt, courteous, pleasant, and knowledgeable about our plumbing issues. We felt completely comfortable with the service. We will be using them again fix other old ""issues"" that need to fix in our old house. We will also be using them for the upgrades we plan to have performed soon. I highly recommend McLaughlin Plumbing to anyone needing an experienced plumbing contractor. Worth the cost

Today it is unfortunately rare to find tradespeople who take pride both performing superior work that surpasses all expectations while remaining budget friendly. Bob McLaughlin in an exceptional plumber, but more important, he is an exceptional person. We've been using his company for years and have never had anything but top notch, professional and attentive service. Interesting tidbit: when we had new construction done, the plumbing inspector and the gas inspector (McLaughlin did both) said they had never seen better, more professional work. Over the years, I've known many contractors of various abilities, but no one has ever impressed me as much as Bob and his crew. They are honest, extremely knowledgeable and highly responsive. You can do no better than McLaughlin. [And no, I have no relation to the company and have not received any freebies for this review. It is 120% heart felt!]

I've used McLaughlin Company twice. The first time, was to upgrade our heating system, which dated back to when our house was built in 1955. He installed an incredibly great system, which replaced not only our old furnace, but our hot water heater as well. The system is the Triangle Tube Prestige system (likely updated since then). Not only is it was of the best and most efficient heating and hot water systems, but his price and service were equally great. Once installed, our gas bill dropped by 50%, and we NEVER run out of hot water. The system can handle the shower, washing machine, and at least one sink all at the same time. Great recommendaton Bob!

His crew was very meticulous in their work, and Bob (the owner) is honest, trustworthy and gives fair assessments of whatever work you need. Quality work is their marquee!

He was so good we had him back a couple years later when we needed some other work done. One of the supports for the pipe that feeds our two bedrooms came loose, where it runs through the lower level through the under house garage. We also needed a water outlet in our kitchen sink to run our water filter. They were prompt in returning our call and setting up the appointment, showed up on time, and did great work.

I've had to call him with some questions, and once a minor issue, which he told me how to fix over the phone. His service after the fact is outstanding and he's always get back to you if you call with a question.

I recommend this company for it integrity, quality work, and outstanding ethics. The price is comparable with most plumbers, and better than a lot of others we checked out.
