Hired them to do some plumbing work on the place my son was moving into. Most of his stuff was still in boxes. Ricky Ford & his son . While they were supposed to be working, they went through all the boxes and stole whatever they could fit in their truck.

Took him two times to get him to fix the problem. Trying to get him back the second time was very difficult. He never even spoke with me directly, had his wife call and relay the messagedAnd then I never received my invoice for the work even after repeated calls and text messages. They got my money immediately but unable to produce the work order/invoice!
Not sure how to reply to your reply Heidi. But it took him over a week to come out the second time and I was charged a second time. Yes my tenet was rude but didn't turn Ricky away. If you remember the excuses used were working late nights on other jobs and family problems. But I was charged twice and never recieved the invoice that I explained I needed. I even asked them to be mailed if you couldn't send them via email. You had phone number and could have texted it or sent by mail or email. You got my money with no problems, twice!

Checked out lots of Plumbers. Rick's was very reasonable, did great work & is honest. 2 other plumber's diagnosis of problem was incorrect & would have cost me plenty of wasted $$'s.

They robbed my house while they were ""working"". I was moving in and most of my stuff was still in boxes. They rummaged through all of my stuff and helped them selves to anything they could fit in their truck.

A friend who flips houses and uses this company for complete renovations recommended him. Great job and very professional. Ricky, the owner came and replaced my toilet after having knee surgery to a handicap (or should I say comfort level - as he put it ) toilet in and gave me a better price then Home Depot or Lowes for the actual toilet and charged me $110 to install. Would recommend this company to anyone for any type of plumbing job!!

I called these people to find a leak in my 92 year old moms house. Her water bill was huge. They came right out and found a toilet that was always filling. He said he fixed it and I paid him for the job. Fast forward 2 weeks - its running all the time again. I called them at least 5 times and was promised someone would come by and fix it. They never showed or called.
