most plumbers work themselves. mr. Oleary does not anymore so you pay overhead for management. in addition, they overcharged for replacing a sewage pump claiming a pump costs $700, which was a 50% markup over the regular rate. it turns out they put the wrong pump snd tried to charge me for that without showing a receipt. instead of apologizing when i found the error they continued to try and claim they were right

Plumber who came never saw a sewer backup valve--he must have been new--not even sure he was a plumber--walked around and said he does not know what to do--but he has to charge us $198.00--he was not at our house for more than 5 minutes--my wife did not know what to do so she paid him
