Told me the tankless heater I needed to buy for the elec. available in my house, and squeezed me into his already busy day to come install it so that my family wouldn't have another day of cold showers. His work was clean, fast and pricing was reasonable. Great guy, great work.

I figured I'd get some quotes to replace my garbage disposal and Rubens from R & N was first to respond, friendly and came the next day. He responded to every text and every question. I like to learn so I asked a lot of questions and the guy couldn't be more professional and nice. He gave me a lot of free tips and even looked at my AC pump as a favor. He didn't rush and the price was super reasonable. I've hopefully gained a new plumber for life and I 100% recommend him. If they were all like him

I had Ruben come out to our home to install a faucet on a bathroom and various other things at our home. I contacted Ruben in reference to my faucet having a leak that he installed a couple days later. He said he would come back around and sent him messages to rectify the installation he did. I have contacted numerous of times. And all he says I'll call you back. I'll put you on schedule. 50+ days later still no resolution. Bad service, bad customer service. Does not care about a little job. I would not recommend him to anyone due to the lack of not caring for clients. It's been since 5/31 I've been patiently waiting for him to take care of his job but nothing has happened.
