unfortunately scheduled plumbing for bathroom, texted company day before to confirm. no response back. even after estimate and texted agreement. no show i'm sad.

Extremely disappointed considering this company has good reviews on Yelp. I called on Fri 3/12, no answer. Sent a detailed text that same day & was told someone would come on Mon 3/15. Mon came & no one came or called/text me to reschedule. I sent a text that same day & was told someone would come on Tue 3/13. Tue came & I got a text saying they had to reschedule for Fri 3/19. Fri came & again no one came or called/text me to reschedule. At that point I didn't bother calling them back to reschedule. There are two other bad reviews on Yelp with the same type of complaint. I understand """"emergencies"""" happen but there's a way to handle them professionally when dealing with clients, like communicating with them! I'm posting some of the texts that were sent. You can judge by yourself if this was handled professionally or not.

Excellent service!!!! This man came by my house and gave us a price and didn't try to screw me over. His work was clean and great quality. I highly recommend him because I have had several plumbers come to the house and the day one price and charge higher later. He knew what he was doing and it was anregend to finally have all my toilets done properly. I will definitely use him again. He was very detailed in what was going to do and showed me his work and was done quickly considering how much work was involved. I have my new plumber and I am so happy.

Rubens is a winner in my book. He came out only hours after we called. He knew exactly what the issue was from our description and answering a few questions. He had our garbage disposal replaced and ready to go within an hour or so of arrival. I was floored (in a great way!) by the cost - totally reasonable! He was also kind enough to take a look at a fussy toilet and give me a great estimate on the solution. Safe to say we'll be contacting him again for any future plumbing needs.
