We told them no one would be home till 3:15 which was when we set up the appointment for, they showed up early and guess what-no one was home. We did not work with them.
Dan showed up before scheduled time, which was GREAT! Service man was very friendly and fixed the AC within 15 minutes. Gave advice and several helpful pointers for free. I'll definitely be calling them back with any future issues, as well as tune-ups!
Kenneth K.Had R & M services out again to winterize my lake house. Dan, the assigned tech (who incidentally was the same tech who installed a hot water heater for me in August) again did a great job. This is the first year of owning the home so I had a million questions for him. He [again] was patient with my queries. I will continue to use R & M for any future services.
Shen S.I'm going to give them a 2 star only because they were quick at coming out. Other than that they sucked. Had to pay them $65 for them to be here 10 mins and not tell me anything. Decided to go up to C.E.M supply they recommended a couple guys and they fixed it within an hour and we had water again. I will never call R&M again.

We have had R & M services do multiple heating, cooling and plumbing upgrades and repairs for us in the last 10 years. We recently had a new toilet installed after the last one met an untimely death. As always they were friendly, on time, ensured there was no damage, cleaned up after themselves. I would wholeheartedly recommend them for all your plumbing, heating and cooling needs.

Terrible Company to work with! Our Home Warranty likes to use this company and we have dealt with them twice and that will be the last time! First we had issues with our furnace and had them come look at it. After an hour of him just dinking around in our crawl space they told us nothing was wrong with it and we should start it up. With it being so old i wanted a second opinion and thank god i did! The second company came and were there maybe 15 minutes before making the diagnosis that there was a large crack in the heat exchange! We took this back to our home warranty and they asked for another quote from another company. They said the same thing! R & M argued with us!
I had hoped that was the last time we had to deal with them but we returned home from a vacation to find our pilot light went out on our water heater and we couldn't get it to stay on. Again they warranty wanted to use R & M to service it. I should have known better but i gave them the benefit of the doubt. Stupid us! They took two days just to give an appointment and i had to wait over a weekend. When they finally did show up, the technician seemed like he didn't know what he was talking about and didn't bring appropriate tools. He said we had a bad vapor sensor and it would have to be ordered. No big deal right? A week went by and we hadn't heard anything so i called. They said the part is on order. I called twice more the week after that and got the same response. I called this week at almost three weeks since the original service call mind you and the woman i spoke with said they couldn't find the part. You are kidding right? I called last week and they said it was on order! She said well i'm sorry but we haven't found the part. I told her i could get it on Amazon and she asked me for the Link! What a joke! Fed up, and missing my hot water i called my warranty company and they had to step in just to get an actual answer out of them! Of course R&M called me right away and said they found the part and didn't realize i had no hot water.......makes no sense to me since that is why i placed the service request in the first place! Still waiting on the part, which they have supposedly ordered......maybe someday soon i will actually have hot water.
Bottom line- Don't deal with this company!
Erika M.Showed up on time and did a good job fixing our garbage disposal. But didn't call me back at first and charged us $450 for a new garbage disposal ($250 installation), which seems expensive. We paid less for a new one in Chicago
