The worst experience EVER! Don't use them.I called them because my heat was not working properly. The guy came out on Fri Nov 3rd; looked throughout my heater and explain it was the igniter that was poor and needed to be replaced; also that my heater unit was dirty and needed to be cleaned; and my chimney needed to be cleared of soot. When he came upstairs to explain everything he was of course dirty from the basement and he had the audacity to sit on my furniture. Now the price he came up with is $675...i said there is no way i have that kind of money for the small job he was supposed to do. We came to agreement of $450, which i think was wayyyy to much. So he wanted the money upfront; So from Fri Nov 3rd to Thurs Nov 9th was nothing but issues with him not coming to finish the job. The lady that answers the phone was soooo darn RUDE and hung up the phone on me a couple of times. Once he put in whatever needed to be replaced my heater still was not working and recommend someone he knew to come out and take a look and when i called them they wanted $120 just to come out and look. so i said the hell with this i told him im getting someone else. My neighbor recommend someone that was soooo awesome and told me that the other plumber charged you wayyyy to much money and they were able to fix the issue that day. I will be calling the BBB on this company for getting over on me and taking the little money that i had. BAD BUSINESS!!!!!!

Great people, great service!
I had a clogged kitchen drain which two other contractors could not clear. Both contractors in the end suggested I open the wall behind the sink to get a better look at what was going on!? That's the last thing I wanted to do!
Rick showed up, on time, and had the drain clear in 30 minutes.
It was a pleasure working with R & M Plumbing. Outstanding on time service at a reasonable price, delivered by good people. What more can you ask for.

Had the guy Rick come out took him a while to come to my home and fix my heater. But yet the guy had no clue what he was doing I say there for 6 hours waiting for him change my furnace. He was calling other companies for help and just always on the phone asking what wire goes where. Then he asked me. Like dude I'm paying you to do the job not myself. and he didn't even do the job right he took the cheap route to make a quick bucks and not I'm down almost 5 grand cause I ended up getting a brand new heater and they told me everything he did wrong. Wouldn't recommend this place to no one

Had Rick to our place on the Main Line twice in the last 2 months for unrelated jobs. He did a great job, was courteous and kept us informed. Once he was into the jobs he would explain what he found, potential solutions and then gave a recommendation. We went with his recommendations and were very pleased with the outcomes. No complaints at all and expect to call R&M next month for more plumbing work. Chatty and friendly; professional; takes pride in his work.

DO NOT HIRE THIS CROOK. Like a post below, he took a down payment for work that he never did. The one small job that he did do, he over charged AND did it incorrectly. I have since had a gas leak that lead to the gas company coming out and shutting off the gas until I had another plumber come out to fix it. HE IS A TERRIBLE PLUMBER AND PERSON.
