R. L. Voight basically saved my house today! Substances started bubbling out of the shower drains and we called R.L. Voight immediately fearing a pretty major problem, and they were at my door less than 20 minutes later. They caught the problem just as water starting seeping through the ceiling and down two floors, coming from the base of a toilet....They are coming back tomorrow to fix the problem from the source, but they stopped the immediate concern right away and I'm beyond grateful!!!!!

Warning!!!! Gougers!!!! I have a written estimate for the plumbing work with a professional itemization at 2,567 dollars from Aspen Plumbing when R.L. Voigh insisted on a vague general statement of the work for 9,426 dollars.

We called them over to take on a job our handyman shook his head at - a dual-sink to solo conversion disposal install. Upon arriving, Stacy was great with our two dogs, super polite and explained everything along the way.

There was very little room to work with, but he gave us the plan A and plan B options and went to work. Stacy definitely knows his stuff and got the job done right the first time. We've used Voight before but will always ask for Stacy going forward. Highly recommended if you value transparency in pricing with high-quality work!

You can always rely on Voight to fix anything in a timely manner. They are reasonable, reliable, professional and fair. We've used them 4 times in 5 years for desperate plumbing issues and I'll never call another plumbing co!

Am writing this because the one other review cannot be allowed to stand as the only one for this firm. Based on my experience, I say:

DO NOT think of using this place for any routine plumbing problems. I had a simple dripping faucet in the bathtub. Simple. So on their first visit, the plumber worked on it, then left a mess in the bathtub in which he had plonked down his dirty boots. Also found a chip out of our refinished bathtub. (I did not find them specially nice or helpful). Upon trying it out, the faucet still leaked. They did come back promptly, sending the same man. He fixed it, saying the first tap control ""had been defective."" So why are they using defective parts??

After he left I tested it again. I then noted a steady stream of leakage from the cold tap that WAS NOT there before. I had to call them again, and asked for a different plumber. They sent out a new guy. So after 3, that is three, visits, the simple faucet leak still drips every minute or so, and I may consider calling them back, but they just cannot seem to fix it right. What kind of plumber cannot even fix a simple dripping faucet after 3 tries?

They are excellent. We had an unusual plumbing problem in our house. The first plumber who came could not find it because (of course) it was not happening when he came. I called the office back while the problem was occurring. They tried to troubleshoot it over the phone, but the usual solutions did not work, so the plumber came right out to the house and figured it out. He was extremely nice, very helpful, and a good plumber!
