I manage a residential building here in the city. Had an emergency plumbing issue late afternoon on a Sunday so I called R & L plumbing. I got Ceasar and I couldn't have been happier with this otherwise miserable experience. Ceasar arrived in a timely manner and immediately got to work. When he removed the toilet he realized the wax seal was damaged and the line was plugged. He decided, to fix the problem correctly he would need to get his large snake and auger down several feet. Normally this wouldn't have been an issue but it required Ceasar to walk around the block and drag his large snake machine around the block and carry it up two flights of stairs. He repaired the multiple issues while staying professional, cautious and optimistic never complaining once. He represented R & L in a very positive way. I recommend them for your plumbing needs. Hope you get Ceasar, he gets 5 stars in my book. R & L got it going on if all employees are like Ceasar.

Larry was so helpful at R&L. I had an issue happen with my garbage disposal late on a wednesday night and he responded immediately telling him to give him a call. I called and we discussed the options. He walked me through everything and followed up. He reached out to his guy who with the parts immediately and I knew with in 15 minutes of the problem happening that it could be replaced by next day. We then set up an appointment and the technician whose name I forgot, begins with a G I believe, was a great guy. He was parked outside by 3:40 for the 4 PM job so we started early which was great. He wore booties inside the house that he took on/off every time he went to get more parts from his truck. We figured out the problem was not as major and was a lot cheaper. I feel like other guys may have just done the job to receive a higher paycheck. They are good people over at R&L Plumbing and I will totally recommend you guys in the future. Of course if we ever need help with anything we will reach out. Many Thanks!

My water heater pilot light kept going out. I called Larry and he answered the phone himself, and gave me a quote within 5 minutes after sending him a few photos. He knew what was wrong with my water heater as soon as I told him what was happening. Once I decided to to replace a part instead of buying a whole new water heater, he sent Cesar out. Cesar had it fixed in no time. Now I have my hot showers back. This happened on a Saturday too! I definitely will call R and L with all my plumbing needs.

I want to thank Ryan Clark of R&L plumbing for the fantastic job he did fixing my sewer. It was in a studio I had built in 2012. Everything was working and then it wasn't. The bathtub was backed up and the toilet wouldn't flush. I called R&L plumbing in the morning and Ryan came at 9:30. I was amazed at his problem-solving skills and perseverance. He got everything working and I am very grateful. I highly recommend Ryan and will call him again if I have any plumbing or sewer problems.

These guys deserve ten stars. I called on a Sunday because my toilet couldn't get any water to fill the tank. Immediate response to my call and advise to wait until Monday (as long as I had another toilet) because it would be half price. Their scheduler texted me first thing Monday morning right on the dot of 8am when they opened! (She texted because she didn't want to wake me.) Easy scheduling (two hour window). The repair guy was polite, explained the problem, showed me how and the repair worked and was overall beyond professional. Could not have been a better experience. (Also, very reasonable pricing.)

Larry and the guys at R & L Plumbing have taken care of our business multiple times now and we greatly appreciate their services. We own a commercial salon in SF and have a lot of plumbing, so they are always our first call whether it be an emergency or just a plumbing issue that needs to be addressed. These guys saved my night! My 1.5 year old daughter thought it'd be such a great idea during bath time to lift up the drain cap in the shower and drop the dog's ball toy down it. She then pointed and said ""ball!"" Uhm little girl.......did you just drop a ball down the drain?! Well as the water started rising it was confirmed. A damn ball was down my shower drain. I called these guys the next day and they wanted to help out without me incurring a big cost. They suggested I get a small shop vac. I did....but it didn't work because of course it wasn't powerful enough. So I called back and said forget it I'm paying the cost and my daughter gets no snacks and her college fund will take a hit. Haha. First they couldn't come until the next morning but then the owner texted me later saying they had someone who could come tonight. OKAAAAAAAY. The tech, Ryan, came with their professional shop vac and got the damn blue rubber ball out in 30 seconds. Thank you! My daughter might be allowed snacks tomorrow now.

I just had the best experience with R & L plumbing. I am an Office manager and we had a Urinal that had flooded a bathroom and two other rooms. When I called armed with only a screwdriver and in a panic, he talked me through getting to the shut of the valve on a urinal which isn't like shutting off water to a toilet. In 2 minutes he was able to guide me through shutting the water off and saved me thousands of dollars in damages. Thanks R & L!
