Building manager sent Cesar and Gerson to find a leak and unclog a drain - they were related! They found the problem quickly - broken pipe in the wall (for the leak) and unclogged the drain. They were very professional during the work - they kept the mess to a minimum and cleaned up completely. Even though it was getting late in the day, they made sure everything was working properly before they left. Good team!

Bob came to my apartment this week to fix a broken sink. The problem turned out to be more complicated than initially expected, but it was no match for Bob. He was very efficient and professional, demonstrating a ""can do"" attitude and going above and beyond to make sure we were fully satisfied with the repairs. R&L Plumbing did a fantastic job on a number of jobs in my apartment. Cesar and Mark were in my apartment for hours and were able to restore cold water in my sink, something we have not had in 4 years! They also replaced our old toilet and bathroom sink faucet. Our apartment feels much more comfortable after the great work both of these guys did. Both were incredibly friendly and accommodating as well. This Company was sent to my Rental Home by Azari PMC- They showed up on time 3:30 and poked around. Mind you the flow pipes had to be Re-routed for the upper BR as they were routed in the wrong direction UP and into the house causing fecal flooding- Azari waited a month to send a plumber and I had to hire my own.
So he comes and literally says, Something is wrong- No S**T Sherlock ergo you are here. The plumber does nothing and says the original plumber needs to come back and do the repair as they know the pipes and the work performed.
This fella mumbles and leaves telling me he will contact Azari PMC- Later that night 6:45pm the bell rings as I am expecting another handyman to repair another broken item going back now to June 2017- Azari notified via email and a walk through with their VP John and their handyman not Reza. I open the door and see it's the plumber from earlier in the day and he said Azari sent me back ( with out notice to me) to fix the toilet. From 6:50-9pm he was snaking the toilet and flooded the garage with fecal matter all over my personal belongings, took NO measures to move, cover or even clean it up. The BR is still not able to be used, fecal matter was splashed all over the room and I mean the walls, sink, door and he used a bucket to poor down the tub NOT outside. Sooooo, He leaves, bathroom out of use now for 3 weeks, personal belongings Oak turn of the Century table, chairs, AKC pup supplies soaked in . I am angry. Azari has yet to send another Company out to repair the toilet, my belongings are trashed- Oh and he used 2 of my Bath Sheets white in color to clean the floor with "" Simple Green "", sorry my plumber that's not a Antibacterial cleaner-

Azari PMC wants to "" SHOW "" the house to potential future Renters in this shape-

I will Yelp them "" Azari "" when I recover-

This is Not the only outstanding issue with the House that John (VP) husband of Manzar, handyman ( Cousin) of these 2 have been aware of since a entire house walk through back in July 17th, 2017-

I gather the owners don't care so long as 5Grand is deposited each month-

Heads up: Do your homework before renting-
I was born in San Francisco, Worked here and simply made a return for a year for personal reasons and from Day 1 have had small to major issues with Azari and the entire Company that is completely dysfunctional in every aspect-

If you don't mind living within 5 feet of smelling for over a month- This is the House for you and the Company you want to do business with-

I am a patient person however it's running its course as over a month without a Bathroom is off the charts IMHO-

I still have not received any email, text, call ect as to when a plumber will fix the toilet-

Day 27 and counting????????

Agree with others. They are way overpriced. Not even close to what the market rate was. And they missed 1/3 of the job in their scope but still charged us for it.
