R&L has serviced out condo building many time. They are the best. I've called other plumbers and they didn't do the job correct or were not thorough enough. This folks are. I called their dispatch today in a panic, and she took care of getting, Pete M to my place within 30 minute, which was great because the water was about to cause some real trouble. It took awhile, and was tricky, but Pete M took care of it. What a relief. Disaster averted. Call these girls when you are in need.

Fernando & Rocky had to do a HUGE job at my apartment & 3 other apartments that are in the building I live in. It was such a difficult, complex job & they were so kind & thorough. I could not believe how exhausting of a job it was & how they kept their composure & fixed this challenging issue. These two are amazing I would absolutely recommend this company & specifically ask for these two! I can't exactly speak to the value of the service bc I didn't pay for it, my landlord did. But I'll make an assumption that whatever it cost was worth it for the excellent service.

update 9/13-my review is based on a phone call to the company on sunday 9/10 to schedule an appointment and was informed by the person i spoke to that they only had emergency openings on sundays and that they have a surcharge of $350 per hour on sundays. im sorry that you believe my experience was ridiculous. wow...

Wow, my garbage disposal stopped working, and I thought I needed it replaced and I bought a replacement from Home Depot, called R&L to see if I could get an estimate for the work, and the owner Larry called me right back, and sent me a video of what I might try first to get it unstuck, before he dispatched someone and it totally worked! What an incredibly kind thing for him to do that saved me lots of $! He recognized that I was in his customer database and had used their services previously. I was really impressed and grateful for his advice! Thank you, Larry! You will always have my repeat business from now on!

So an hour before I had to be at work my kitchen sink decided to back up on me and the disposal sent water everywhere. I called R & L Plumbing and they came out within 20 mins and had it fixed within 45 mins. They saved my day because I have a caretaker that comes to watch my elderly mother and she needs the kitchen sink. Thank you soooo much to R & L Plumbing you guy's go above and beyond.

Rocky from R&L plumbing was awesome. we had a toilet clogged from a bar of soap that fell in it and needed someone to help ASAP. Rocky came out at the time promised, was super pleasant, described what needed to be done and did it. All done in about 20 minutes and something we definitely could not have done on our own. Thank you Rocky and R&L plumbing!

I requested R&L to remove my very heavy bathtub. They sent one person and he could not move the tub so called for another person who arrived about 30 minutes later. The supervisor that I spoke to said he would accommodate the loss of work time on my bill but that did not happen. They had to borrow my tools including a sledge hammer. I was charged for the additional person and thus the cost was 50% higher. I emailed and left a voice mail about the charges and indicating a compromise but my credit card was charged for the full amount anyway. The workers were courteous but did not arrive with appropriate tools or information. I will not ever use this company again. Beware!
