Rudest customer service ever! This man didn't know me from Adam. I was inquiring about his company to see if I could pair with a local plumber on a job and he basically drilled me, wouldnt give me his name, and told me not to call and used fowl language. Such a poor representation of his business.

Every single time I need plumbing work done, these guys get it done and they do so without excuses about how busy they are.

Right now I am doing a home remodel on a house I'm trying to get moved into. I can't move until this project gets done. Well after some demo had taken place we learned we needed a plumber to come in and cap some water lines. I need this done right away so we could continue the remodel. The whole project was put on hold until we could find a plumber who had the time to take care of us. RL Jacobs stepped right up and had a man at the site the very next day. They didn't give me this song and dance about how busy they were - they just said they would have a man at my house at 8:00am the next morning and they did.

I had a similar experience with this company on another project a few years ago. This company has earned my long term loyalty and future dollars. I will always call RL Jacobs Plumbing first for now on when I need a plumbing company.
