,,,Had another experience this past week with RJ Plumbing that confirmed why they've been our go-to for twenty years. We had a blockage in the main sewer outfall to the county line. As promised , they arrived first thing the next morning. The crew worked hard for hours but could not clear the blockage. RJ was able to send a crew the next day, again first thing as promised, with all the equipment needed to dig up and replace the blocked line. It took most of the day, outside in very cold weather, to get the repair done, but they did it and cleaned up after themselves. The price was fair and the responsiveness was great, as it has been for twenty years. I highly recommend them for any plumbing or septic problems.

Wonderful service done by extremely friendly professionals. The best way to describe the service is nice guys doing great work. If I need other plumbing services, they'll be the first to get the call.

Sometimes writing accurately and fairly is hard. I wrote a negative review about RJs Plumbing after several attempts at communicating.

Although unable to explain the missed emails and phone calls, I gave Christine another opportunity to make things right as it seemed like the reasonable thing do.

An appointment for 8-8:30 was made for today. A NO SHOW as of 9:20 prompted a call from me that was returned by Rick, who started by asking questions ""to save time"".

He determined that the humidifier NOT the work they had done, was the culprit.

Coincidence or not to the original install, it seemed lost on Rick that OUR time could've been massively saved if this conversation had been had long ago.

Coupled with the original leak and resultant floor damage that they failed to act on,I can't in good faith recommend this business regardless of how nice they appear to be.

I'm sure that I won't give them any more chances even if the humidifier is outside their purview.
