We provide comprehensive solutions for both plumbing needs and kitchen and bath remodeling projects. For the fourth consecutive year, we are honored to be recognized as the Best Plumber of 2021 by the RTD. Visit our showroom during the hours of 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday, and by appointment on Saturdays, or call us anytime for emergency plumbing assistance. The business was established in 1976 by Richard and Judy Tilley, who aimed to provide plumbing services for both homes and businesses. In 1995, we expanded our offerings to include a dedicated Bathroom and Kitchen Remodeling Department. We are grateful for the many amazing customers we have had the pleasure to serve over the years.

I have used R J Tilley 3 times for problems and upgrades in my 3 bathrooms and the kitchen. Every time, they arrived on time, were very polite and friendly, and did an excellent job in a timely manner.
I thought their prices were fair since the quality of their work was very good. They also cleaned up the area they were working in when they were done.
They are my go to guys for all plumbing.

Donna D.RJ Tilley work caused a massive flood in my house. Tilley President was helpful and apologetic UNTIL insurance claim was involved - then it was crickets. RJ Tilley's insurance company didn't want to take responsibility for the flood. An 8-year old child could have determined that RJ Tilley was at fault. The insurance claim took ONE YEAR to be settled - in my favor. Also, they set a very expensive toilet that is showing signs at the floor of not being set 100% correctly. Do not believe the RJ Tilley TV advertisements.
We needed help with our kitchen sink faucet and RJ Tilley was out quickly to resolve it. It turns out we needed a replacement and they were super responsive and helpful in making recommendations that would work for us and our budget. The replacement is fantastic and the work was done quickly, professionally and effectively. Thank you RJ Tilley!
Paul A.I would not even give them a star to be honest. I had a simple problem with a mixing valve in my shower and called this company. The ""plumber"" shows up and starts taking apart the shower valve only to realize that ""he has never seen this one before"". He ends up calling his boss and sitting in my driveway for 45 minutes on a late Friday afternoon searching the web on his iPad for the answer. He finally decides that he can't fix the issue and he without saying anything to me puts it back together and he leaves saying that someone will call me on the following Monday to set up another appointment. I was glad he was gone and had no interest in him or anyone from this company stepping foot in my house. Ironically, someone calls a week later to schedule an appointment. I stated that the call is 5 days late and she told me that I fell between the cracks. I told her that I wouldn't let them back in the house and gave her an earful and I that called Agape Plumbing. She apologized and indicated that she would pass on my complaint to his boss. I get a follow-up call almost a week to the day from the previous call wanting to know if I was satisfied with the services provided in my repair. I said you have to be kidding me-don't you people have a clue? Anyway, I would strongly recommend not to dial their phone number for any repair or installation needs-stay away!!!
Paul S.I needed to replace a broken toilet flange. Though it was done correctly, I feel I was overcharged. I told the company over the phone what needed to be done. However, they came out the first day unprepared to do the work. I was charged 120 for that day but they had to come back another day. Since I was at work the day they needed to come, I took the dogs to a day care to keep out of their way. The same plumber came out to do the work the second day, but was still missing parts for the job. Since I live in a rural area, he drove 1.5 hours round trip into town to Lowe's to get the parts and charged me for that time. At 120 per hour, that was 180 I was charged due to his mistake. Overall, 300 worth of charges could have been avoided if the plumber came prepared the first time.
Also, there is a plumbing supply store within 15 minutes from my house. He opted to go to Lowes, 35 to 40 minutes away from my house. Overall, I'm happy with the work but not with the overcharge. I will use a different plumber next time I need work done.
Ryan M.Do not use this company if you need work done in a timely manner. They over promise and under deliver. The excuses are laughable and very unprofessional. The manager doesn't call anyone back. This is my first ""bad"" post on Yelp and this company deserves it. Stay away.

Some say that first impressions are everything but realistically,every first impression may not be a good one. I think seizing an opportunity to make a wrong right carries just as much weight and that's exactly what happened with my experience with RJ Tilley. The president reached out to me, offered a sincere apology and he and his team provided A+ customer service while removing and installing a hot water heater in my home. I am thoroughly satisfied with the work and the customer service received. We live in a real world and everything is not going to go the way we want or anticipate sometimes but what's important is to see the error of our ways and make an attempt to fix it. RJ Tilley did exactly that and has gained a new customer. Thank you!
I had an emergency leak coming from my upstairs toilet leaking into my kitchen roof. They came out within an hour and got me all fixed up for about $270. Not bad at all
EDITED: Mr Kern, the president of RJT, called me and was extremely apologetic for the situation. He and his staff went above and beyond to make things right and we now have a functioning sink. He was extremely upset that we had had a bad customer service experience and personally made it right. Thank you Mr. Kern.
