Martha C.They came to my house promptly to fix a leaking pipe in my basement. They have nice uniforms and a nice truck, on the plus side. On the negative side, they charged over $800 for what several other plumbers (later) told me was a $300-$400 repair, and they never gave me a quote in advance of the repair. I will not use them again!
Jessica B.Condensation pump went on our AC handler. The part was $89 at Home Depot and they were here for 45 minutes. We were charged $500 for a 45 minute job because the technician claims they ""charge $250 just to show up at your house"", but conveniently do not tell you this until they finish your service. I called the main office and spoke with Darlene, who was rather rude once I explained how unhappy we were. I was given excuses like ""we charge for traveling and we use expensive parts"". A condensation pump, CO2 cartridges and chlorine tablets, with 45 minutes of service does Not warrant a $500 charge. We will Never use this company again.
Cocoa N.These guys are still the BEST out there!!! Our house is toasty warm in this unusually cold New England weather. They care for your house like it's their house always wearing booties to protect the floors. You'll not wonder who they are as they wear uniforms & their truck is clearly marked. They respond timely and go over the job requirements as they go. We call R J Riquier for our heating & Plumbing fixes.

I recently moved out of state and still call for a consult before getting an estimate. Customer satisfaction is their business! They know what they are talking about and saved me a lot of money. I recommend them to all of my family and friends. Pricing is great too!
