Never made it for estimate. Gave an estimate of $900 via text to put new (swap) toilet, sink & faucet even though I had my own inventory. If i weren't familiar with installing vs. swap, he would rip me off. Do your homework, people!! People aren't nice out here! That's what I get for trying to work in a community!

We had a problem with our bathrooms. One of them had a problem with the bathtub. I had 7 plumbers turning down the work. A friend recommended R&J and they were phenomenal. They fixed 2 bathrooms and used parts I bought from Home Depot and bought pieces that were the wrong ones with no mark up.

As they estimated the job they came in lower than any of the other plumbers. They were courteous and on time plus they talked me out of some items that they said didn't need to be done. They answered questions and checked a couple of things not in the bathrooms. Lastly they had to break tiles and called a tile person to come in behind them so I would be done. You can't go wrong with them

It was such a convience that Ron was open for business on Christmas Eve. I gave him a call, left a message and recieved a call back in about 10
minutes. Ron was very pleasant on the phone and was even able to diagnose the problem just from my description. He offered a free quote when he arrived which was awesome. I wasn't binded into the service. The job took all of 20-25 minutes; in which Ron explained to me what happened , future pre-cautions to take and he even gave me quote on future service that Im thinking of doing . All around great experience. I will definitely use him in the future!

We definitely recommend R&J Plumbing ...Our tub was leaking water into our kitchen and Ron came ASAP ...He found the leak and fixed it promptly!...Very professional and so very nice!..The price was also very reasonable too!...And to top it off we live in Queens and he did hesitate to come all the way out here!
