Raul responded very quickly on my quote request. Raul came to my house at 6:30am as requested due to me having to be at work by 8am. He walked me through what the issues were with my slow drains and clogs and also gave me some tips on how to maintain the drains so they do not clog again. Raul is a great guy and did an awesome job. We will be using Raul again for sure.

We had a small leak in a water pipe after removing old valve from it and soldering it ourselves, but we knew it had to be finished professionally thats why we reached out to R&J. we had house inspection couple of days later and inspector said it was a really good job. I had sent out requests for quotes to several plumbing services regarding a sink/dishwasher problem that our Home Depot dishwasher installers refused to trouble shoot. Not only were we left with an uninstalled dishwasher, but we were told that there needed to be some pipe reconfiguration/repair. R&J Plumbing, specifically Raul, was quick to reply with a personal message rather than some auto-generated reply like the other responses. He asked me specific questions, I shared photos of the piping, and he was able to give me a specific quote unlike the rest of the other options. I get it, sometimes it is better to have an in person evaluation and estimate, but sometimes you just want a ballpark estimate upfront.

Day of, he came on time as scheduled. Very kind and eager to explain everything, allowing me to understand what the problem was and how he was going to repair it. He then installed the dishwasher and the whole project done in a quick and efficient manner. I was pleased with his customer service and professionalism. R&J Plumbing now has a customer for life. If I could give Raul 10 stars I would We! We were scheduled to have a washer and dryer installed and we had a situation where we needed a plumber to assess the situation before disconnecting our old unit. He not only responded immediately to our emergency call, but took the time to explain why a plumber was needed. After managing to fit us in as soon as possible ( on a weekend) he was able to fix the emergency situation and help with the installation same day so that we could have a functioning washer and dryer.

Raul was extremely reliable and truly handled this last minute situation with professionalism and speedy customer service. We will definitely be reaching out to Raul if we need anything else in the future!

I had a special ask of Raul.

I had a tiled in under mount sink that I wanted replaced with a drop-in/over mount stainless steel sink. Most plumbers don't want the project and charge ridiculously for the work or only willing to come and drop in a new sink.

I understood the risks - broken tiles but I didn't want to keep paying to have the sink refinished. There was one cracked tiled in the back but Raul came back and sealed it nicely. You hardly notice the crack now. The sink and new faucet looks great.

Would totally rehire Raul.

I called about my newly installed dishwasher wasn't draining properly. Called them up. The guy came over in 30 min and was very efficient and quick. Did the job in less than 15 min. Charged me less than what the others wanted. Even accepts Venmo if you don't have cash. Couldn't be happier and grateful for their service. Will definitely save their number.
