Just called John at RJ Plumbing. He was not immediately available to fix our clogged kitchen sink but gave me 2 referrals for other plumbers. So although I cannot speak to his plumbing skills, I think that fact that he passes business to other people when he cannot take it speaks volumes for his character. Would definitely try him again.

Found John/RJ Plumbing on yelp! Got an appointment with him within 48 hours and he did a great job installing some new bathroom faucets and fixing one of our annoying running toilets. He was super polite, professional, and extremely reasonable on price. I will definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone needing plumbing services.

Left a voicemail for RJ Plumbing around 4:00 PM on a Friday (also a Holiday for most!) - John provided a super quick call-back response, very professional. Ended up remedying issue on my own and did not use John's services, but was very impressed with his polite, prompt response to my last minute request!

Your husband and I agreed on a price over the phone. When we missed each other on the appointment day (he didn't bother to knock loud enough), he offered to come back the following day. He arrived the next day and did his work - charging me extra for installing a German-made faucet (which I bought from Costco for crying out loud!!) and adding on a surcharge for the trip out to my house the first time. He never bothered to tell me about the surcharge over the phone or before he started work (I was already pissed at having to pay extra for him to install the German-made faucet). When I complained about not being aware of the surcharge, he stood towering over me with a threatening look. What an ###. Stay away from this rip-off artist. Patronize the hard-working, honest plumbers out there - anyone but this jerk.

We had a tile floor put in, and did not notice a small gap between the toilet wax ring and the toilet. Eventually some small amount of moisture appeared, and we called John. He immediately identified the issue, added a second ring, and was done quite straight away. He even came back just now to adjust it for us at no cost as it settled and was in need of a shim. He cleans up afterwards (rare), caulks the job (somewhat rare) and has his supplies in the truck.

John is very reasonably priced, efficient, courteous, a really nice guy and even on time! Dealing with them over the phone is also a pleasant, easy process.

He has been plumbing for many years and seems to do it all, big job or small.

I had leaks on top of and under my kitchen sink and dreaded choosing a plumber. But after reading such positive reviews on YELP about John (and so many of them!) I called him. He came over the same afternoon to assess the problem and scheduled an appointment for me the very next day. I was super pleased with him and his work. I'm glad I trusted what I read on YELP about him and I say ditto! He said he learned plumbing from his father. Nothing like ""old school"" for perfect work and work ethic.

Once again I had a problem-this time it was the kitchen sink. I called the office on Thursday asking for Monday appointment after 2pm. I had to leave a message, but I got a return call and Monday late appointment. Every part of John's business works like a charm. It still has a wonderful small business feel with A++ service. I even talked with John about the posibility of some future remodel work. John is GREAT. I would rather wait for John to be available then call any other plumber. Thanks again John!

I had a problem with my Noritz tankless one morning. On the phone, John walked me through what to do but it still wouldn't work as the fix needed someone with the required expertise. Somehow I got lucky and John said he could swing over soon. I was more then delighted as he quickly zeroed into the problem and even had the right part with him on hand. Most plumbers would have to order the part. The fix was done and I now have hot water again. After using so many plumbers over the years, John now goes to the top of my plumber list in my contact files. He was professional and overall a very nice guy. I will use him and highly recommend him.

I have a good experience and would highly recommended RJ plumbing. The service are excellent and they are friendly. John diagnose the problem and give me all the options to fix my leaking faucet which I highly appreciated most people will try to get the most out of you but not with RJ plumbing. I decided to change the whole faucet and will call them once I got a new faucet and they did not charge me that day to look at the problem like most plumbers will. I love RJ plumbing and highly recommend them they never force their service they let you decide to all the options. They are friendly when you call them or during the plumbing works. They have a good price and no overcharged at all
