I had a small plumbing job that needed to be done. His office called me back right away with a time for the work to be done.

Not only did John show up on time, but he did all the work I needed very quickly and efficiently. He also showed me where the main water shut off was located on my new house and talked to me about additional work that needed to be done - not right away but he told me what to look for so I don't run into any problems. I was very happy with his estimates on the proposed work and the work completed. I will absolutely call them again with any new work I need.

Awesome service all around. I had a bizarre leak from a new water heater and I called and talked to the receptionist there, She was amazingly helpful (wish I got her name) I set an appointment for Thursday at 9:00am. At 9:00 am sharp my door bell rang, John was on time and polite, his work quality was top notch he was respectful and fair with his pricing.. I have my new plumber.. Thanks R.J Plumbing

We needed a new main shut-off valve and John of R.J. Plumbing had done a great job on a neighbor's valve replacement. It's a messy job, involving concrete demolition and a water shut-off for the whole condo complex so I wanted the work done right and on-time.

R.J. Plumbing did a great job on the valve replacement.

1) They return calls very quickly and follow-up thoroughly on questions regarding cost, schedule, etc.
2) John showed-up right on time and he kept me posted during the whole job on progress and problems
3) He did the work right the first time and thoroughly cleaned-up after the job was finished
4) John was always polite and professional
5) They did the work for the price promised

I would recommend R.J. Plumbing for ANY plumbing work.

John at RJ's Plumbing rocks. 2 weeks after buying our townhouse our water heater busted. I called his office in the evening and he was at my house the next morning with a new American-made (major points) water heater. 3 months later a pipe bursts in our wall and again, he was at my house within 2 hours to assess the situation. He came back with a leak specialist after his other calls and got everything done by the end of the day.

His office assistant is very nice and on top of everything.

Trustworthy and priced-well. I asked him about some other plumbing issues and he told me how to fix it myself. Sometimes I get a little sketchy about letting in contractors when I'm the only one home, but felt totally safe with RJ's Plumbing. Makes me love living in a small-ish community.

It is all true! John is dependable, honest, friendly and knows his stuff. I called John last night and he was at my door this morning at 10am with a smile. This guy is a true professional. He fixed our backed up clogged kitchen sink in 45 minutes and was on his way. He will not charge you an arm and a leg either. He gave us some advice on some other household plumbing issues as well. Don't hesitate, this is the company you want to call for a worry free no hassle fix. This is my ""go to"" company from now on. Thanks John- you rock!

First, let me say that these reviews are totally legit. The owner John, is neat, dependable and honest. He not only showed up on time, but stayed after the call was completed to give some additional advice on other plumbing situations we had at the house. In short, this man deserves your business. He's the kind of guy that can easily become your ""go-to, first/only call"" plumber. With service this good, AND com petitive rates, why call anyone else?

John fixed our kitchen sink as well as the washing machine hoses and facuet. Could not have found a better plumber. Reasonablly priced, extremely personable and very quick at letting us know the problem and fixing it on the spot! I would highly reccommend R.J. Plumbing to anyone in the local area. Our bathroom faucet was leaking and our tub was draining slowly so I called this place because of all the positive reviews on Yelp. They gave me a narrow 2 hour window of arrival within one day, which was nice so I didn't have to sit around for hours waiting.
In fact, John came right on time. He was very conscientious about cleanliness, very professional, and friendly. He gave me his card at the end, and he is also the president of the company. He told me where I could get the parts I needed and he could return to replace them, since that would be cheaper than if he got the parts himself. Also, he fixed our drain. It was quick, painless, and the price was very reasonable.
I'm gonna be calling him to come back for the sink, so I will update, but I would highly recommend him for plumbing needs.

Our hot water heater stopped working Friday before a holiday weekend. I called RJ Plumbing and got the machine. He took the time to call me back to let me know he was out of town. After calls to a couple other local guys, Home Depot and even Mike Diamond Plumbing ($875 estimate with $76 service call) I came up empty. We went the whole weekend with no hot water.

Tuesday morning I started calling again, they actually cleared some time to come install a new heater, for less then Home Depot quoted.

R.J. Plumbing is the company to go to with for all your plumbing needs! I first sent an email to John regarding our issue. He promptly responded with suggestions. When we found out the leak in our jacuzzi tub was in a discontinued heater unit, he suggested we buy it online and he would install it. It worked out perfectly for us! He was able to squeeze us in right away and even arrived early!!! I have never had a plumber arrive early. The woman who answers the phone is super friendly also. I hope I never have to call a plumber again but if I do, I will call R.J. Plumbing.
