Excellent experience. Had to hire them after my home builders plumbing vendor wouldn't even get back to me probably because of all their screw ups. Was not an emergency but RJ Kielty's plumber came out very quickly and was very friendly, soft-spoken and knowledgeable. I even had some questions off topic of what I called them out for and he even followed up with additional information and a quote if I wanted to use them in the future. Definitely went above and beyond. Now I'm envious of the units across my street because the new homes look like they are built using RJ Kielty. Maybe my neighbors will trade homes.

Crooks that took advantage of my Mom more than once. Never again will they be called. Don't honor quotes given, show up and tell her she needs more things that jacked up the price even more. They were going to charge her $1000 to change 2 toilets out!!! What a joke. Cost $169 for them to show up and disconnect 1 toilet. If you need a honest, reliable plumber call ATA Plumbing and stay far away from Kielty. They are not what they used to be.

This review has been a long time in coming........I had 2 hot water boilers installed on October 16th, 2019 by RJ Kielty Plumbing & Cooling.......I cannot say enough about the installer......Will Martinez.......he is informative, soft spoken, pleasant, courteous and did the job to perfection........he explained everything, never stopped working for a minute, cleaned up everything, installed both boilers and removed and drained 2 old boilers by himself.......If I have any plumbing issues at my home in Celebration I will be sure to ask for Will.......this is the 2nd time Will Martinez has been there for us with RJ Kielty......he is a gem......you should be proud to have him working in your company........Claudia

Stay Away from this company. This company uses subpar beginner plumbers and will not stand by work performed by their staff. Called to have a new sink & faucet installed in my downstairs 1/2 bath and have the old sink relocated to an upstairs master bedroom, repair a leaking faucet and running toilet. They charged $499 and then the technician requested an additional $80.00 cash payment. Called to have them come back and repair the leaking faucet after it was still leaking and newly installed pop up drain that does not pop-up. Technical/Young Plumber came by looked at everything and called his office who refused to repair the work under their warranty program. Despite the fact that the original plumber had been fired for bad work and they are fully aware of he was not performing the work in a satisfactory manner. Please take my advice find another company to do business with and avoid the loss of money and time I have experienced. Plenty of other good companies to utilize for repairs.

The tech, Sean or Shawn, arrived later than expected. Quoted a me a price for the job. I accepted it. The tech completed the job which took about 15-20 mins. Unfortunately the next day it was still leaking. I had water in my house. I called back to get someone out again for the same issue. They scheduled Shawn again. I asked for a different tech but they said he was the only tech on call. Perhaps Shawn was having a bad day, maybe his fantasy football team didn't play well, maybe he was hungry, or maybe he was tired and needed a nap. Luckily Will arrived. Will was very professional and found the mistake that Shawn made. Will finished the job completely and professionally. I was very happy with the work that Will did! The company made it right! That was my expectation!

Wow! True professionals! From the scheduling, to the quote and then to the installation, these guys are amazing. Finding good contractors is difficult at best, but RJ Kielty gets it done right. Will Martinez was out technician and he was a true professional and gentleman. Extremely knowledgeable, very polite and ultra helpful. We had a difficult install due to space constrictions and Will got the job done without a single issue. I was not expecting that. The pricing is good, but if you are going to compare it to a non-professional, buyer beware. You get what you pay for! Even if they are slightly more, it is 100% worth it. The parts that they use, the technology that they have and the folks that they employ are top notch. I will not call another company ever again. Thank you to all of the fine folks at RJ Kielty for helping me out in Kissimmee, FL!!

SOOO Impressed with RJ Kielty!! Nice to find a company that still do business the right way. We haven't called a plumber in years, and with sewage backup in the house, we didn't know what to do. We called RJK at 9am, Jaime (super professional, friendly and efficient), scheduled a service call to arrive between 10 - 2 that day. We got a text at 11am, a follow up call from Will that he was en route, arrived at 11:30. Will Martinez was terrific...very knowledgeable, and explained everything he needed to do. He even identified a problem I didn't know we had. I would absolutely recommend RJ Kielty, and I will be calling them again for my next plumbing issue.

Will Martinez came to our house on December 31st. and replaced our water heater. He is professional, knowledgeable because he explained everything, and very patient when answering all of my questions. He makes R J Kielty Plumbing look good. I appreciate the fact that this company sent someone right away and we were able to have hot water again. Most importantly, the job was completed correctly. Thank you for helping us.

Can we stop for a moment to talk about RJ Kielty's amazing services and why you shouldn't use anyone else? We came home yesterday afternoon to drips coming down from our kitchen ceiling. We tried to determine where it was coming from to no avail. I called RJ Kielty this morning and they had a tech/plumbing wizard, Will, at our door in 2 hours! We even received a courtesy call notification that he was on his way! Will troubleshooted until he found the culprit- the caulking in the kids tub had gone bad and was only occurring when the handheld shower water hit the shower wall. Definitely one of those McGuyver CSI plumbing final exam or random happenings. Will got it all taken care of and took the time to take pictures to show before, during, and after repair. If we ever have another plumbing or HVAC issue, we won't hesitate to call RJ Kielty again!
