This is the worst place to have anything done at your house. They were the company that got the contract to do new construction install on our home from builder. Problems at the start and they send people that don't even know what heir doing. To this day our system still doesn't work properly. They install these fancy computer Air conditioning units and don't know how to program them or repair them. Worst part is they're base is 50 miles from my home. That's another reason to not hire these guys. My advise. Make sure you get a mom and pop company near your home.

I had erratic, low water pressure. The first tech identified the problem and ordered a resin replacement for my water softener. It only took a couple of days for the product to arrive. Kielty called to schedule a clean out. The second tech verified the issue before completing the work to ensure I did not waste money due to a different problem. Alex was very thorough and informative. He gave me tips on other plumbing areas in my house and also fixed a leaky faucet while he was here. As always, Kielty techs and management are thoughtful, professional, and understanding. I trust them completely. The prices are fair and the service can't be beat. Thank you Kielty for your reliable service.

We had a simple fix. Clogged drain/disposal in the kitchen. Recently relocated from Chicago, so I expected $98.00 per hour charge. Instead I was charged $278.00 for 45 minute labor NO MATERIALS. Complete rip off. The plumber was a nice guy but this company is WAY OVER PRICED! I guess I will need to still find a responsible plumber. Homeowners beware! Self disclosure: my husband did call a manager after we were charged. The manager said he would reduce price to $250.00. Still CRAZY EXPENSIVE! BEWARE!!

Rob showed up and found the problem lightning fast. He had to cut into the ceiling of my living room and was very careful to avoid doing unnecessary damage. Once he found the problem it was fixed quickly and cleanup was thorough. Awesome job all around I highly recommend calling them for any problem you may have.

While on initial contact, they are friendly. Their work and the way they quote things is very deceptive or at the very least not clear. I needed a plumbing line moved in the kitchen, another one in the master bathroom for the new bathtub, as well as a move of the shower drain and new install of the new shower head plumbing. Now if you are tearing up the shower floor for a new drain, it makes sense that a new shower pan will be needed. If you install a new plumbing line for a shower head it makes sense that you will also install the trim and finish the job. If you move the plumbing line for a bathtub and do roughing for the new tub filler, then it makes sense that you will finish the job and install the tub and tub filler. I had paid $2800+ for the job already and now the company wants to charge me an additional $900 to come and finish the job they started. The technician they sent was extremely rude and they didn't even want to pick up their debris. He had me do a square box for the base of the tub filler from 2x4 and as I see it this is not the customer responsibility. Ensure that if you contact and Hire them that you know exactly what they will do, extremely disappointed. Not recommending ever. If I didn't have to give a rating, I wouldn't.

I had a hot water heater that was going to break. Thankfully I had time to shop around. I found R.J. Kielty in a neighbor service book listed with 5 stars. I called 5 companies this one by far was the most reasonable. I had one changed in another house so I had an idea of the cost. One company was more then double! The communication with the office was a pleasure they kept us advised of the arrival times for the estimate and the installment. They also advised us of a way to bring the cost down! I would and will recommend this company. I am also the president of my HOA and I will pass this company's name around next meeting!

We called this plumbing company and the plumber came out in a reasonable manner of time for a leaking outside pipe and the plumber was excellent. His name is Alex. He was very informative explained everything provided additional information was very kind wore the mask very professional highly recommend this company especially Alex Neville. Awesome job This service was In Wimauma Florida.
