I would say their work was average.

However, my problem arose when the bill showed up. Came in $80 over his ""high estimate"". Noticed I was charged for 4.5 hours of plumber and 3.5 hours of laborer when they both showed up in the same truck and were here no more than 3 hours. When I called dispatch to ask about the extra hour she was clueless. Then I ended up playing phone tag with the manager (randy) who at the end of it all told me ""That's just how it is. We are the cheapest around.""

I will definitely be looking for another company for any future projects. I should have heeded the warning in the negative google reviews.

I'd recommend these guys to anyone. You'll have to speak slowly when calling in to the office, because I think they hire learning disabled people to man the phones. However, when the guys show up at your house, you'll get absolutely professionalism, and expertise.
