Ronan is a fabulous plumber as well as one of the nicest people I've met.

He came out right away for an emergency leak under the kitchen sink. I described the issue to him and he came prepared with the replacement part in hand. He finished the job in under 2 hours.

He is incredibly pleasant to be around and especially trustworthy. When we were settling up, he accidentally left with my pen. I later found it in the mailbox. This guy is awesome.

I will definitely be calling him again for all of our plumbing needs!

A new years party resulted in a broken garbage disposal and clogged bathroom sink. I phoned Ronan after reading his stellar reviews on Yelp, and I am happy that I did. Ronan expertly assessed the problems and quickly went about remedying the issues. What I appreciate most, however, was that he took the time to show me precisely how to fix the problems should they arise again in the future. Can't say any other home maintenance person has done that. The price for his service was also totally reasonable. Thanks Ronan for your help! Bonus points for being a cool and funny dude.

They give you an excellent quote and then do great work in a timely fashion!

I worked with many plumbers but these guys are among the least expensive and their work is among the best. I have many nightmare stories to tell but working with these guys was a dream.

Best repair experience I've ever had. We had an issue with our office's kitchen sink faucet so I called him at 10:37 this morning and left a message. He called me back within ten minutes and by 11:25am, our sink and faucet were in complete working order. He doesn't charge exorbitant prices and was extremely pleasant to work with. We'll be calling him again whenever we have plumbing issues from now on.

This was BY FAR the best experience I have had with home maintenance! My apartment just adores Ronan!

Ronan was not only quick and efficient he is also a pleasure to talk to. He came out to fix both our sink and toilet on separate occasions and both times he was exceptionally honest and professional. He showed me the exact issues and made sure I was aware of how to fix minor issues in the future. I was also stressed about the drastic increase in our water bill for the last month due to the leaks and he alerted me of my ability receive reimbursement if I send a receipt of plumbing fixtures to the water company. I did this and they knocked $400 off of our last bill!!!

I will be using him for all future plumbing issues to come because I know he is reliable and will get the job down efficiently. Pricing is also extremely fair!

My heartfelt gratitude goes to Ronan from R. Hassett Plumbing for tackling a large emergency plumbing job with through expertise, skill and graciousness. Contractors laying the sidewalk in front of my house had broken my water pipe, and given me a day or so to replace it (it was too old to be fixed). Since I was overseas, I used Yelp reviews to locate a good plumber, and good fortune led me to Ronald. He came over that same evening, sussed out the job, and gave me an estimate which came out to very reasonable compared to other quotes I received. Moreover, he seemed to really understand how to tackle the problem. He was able to negotiate between the contractors, my impatient and demanding tenants who were threatening to move into a hotel if water was not turned on within a day, and myself--taking my calls from overseas, and keeping me updated on what needed to be done. The water was turned on the very next day!! I cannot recommend him enough and I am grateful to have found such a great plumber in our neighborhood.
