John D.Purchased new hybrid hot water tank worked well for 1 year. Issues with hybrid ending with no hot water for 4 days. This guy doesn't have the courtesy of even a return call. Five messages from a man in a wheel chair. If he cannot service his work than tell at installation, and refer to a plumber who will. Only man in trades I ever delt with so disrespectful !
