Purchased new hybrid hot water tank worked well for 1 year. Issues with hybrid ending with no hot water for 4 days. This guy doesn't have the courtesy of even a return call. Five messages from a man in a wheel chair. If he cannot service his work than tell at installation, and refer to a plumber who will. Only man in trades I ever delt with so disrespectful !

Emailed for a quote and got a quick response. Was given an appointment for two days later ""late morning"". NEVER SHOWED, NEVER CALLED, NEVER EMAILED! Still hasn't.

Furnace stopped working on a cold winter day. Called and got voice mail and left message hoping for call-back. Three days later and still waiting. Fortunately, a competing business returned my call within minutes and sent a technician within the hour.
