My kitchen sink faucet broke, so I was looking to have it repaired/replaced ASAP (doing dishes in the bathroom was a PITA). After calling several local plumbing services and learning of their ""project-based"" pricing (ridiculously overpriced IMO) and long lead time for appointments, I heard about RH West thru a friend of my sister in western MA. I called, Bob answered, and quickly answered my questions and was able to explain his simple and straightforward hourly pricing model. He understood that my needs were a small repair, but that I was inconvenienced until it was fixed. I bought a new faucet, texted Bob, and he was able to get a crew to my house within 24 hrs (your mileage may vary). The RH West guys were punctual, professional and efficient with their time (greatly appreciated when paying by the hour). The new faucet was installed and all under-sink shutoffs rebuilt. They even took away the old parts, and cleaned up the sink. They were in and out in less than an hour, and the work was first rate. HIGHLY RECOMMEND RH WEST PLUMBING!
