40 years in business and with good reason. My heating system failed and I gave them a call. Later that day they arrived and quickly identified the problem. Unfortunately, the part needed to be ordered. They said they would install as soon as the part arrived. A day and a half later they text me asking if I'm home because the part arrived. Twenty minutes after that they are at the house. Part installed and system running smoothly. They will be my go-to for any future heating needs (and plumbing too)!

R fresolo has been our plumber on and off for a little while now. We recently replaced our heating system thru masssaves and hired them to do the work. They were awesome. Last night our new system was working but not heating the house. Called first thing this morning and they came within the hour to fix whatever was happening. They always provide the best customer service- calls are returned promptly and when they say they are sending someone out and someone will be there soon, they mean it. Anyone of the employees that have ever been to my house have been respectful & professional.I can't say enough good things.

Rocky and Mitch were great. We had a water heater burst. Rocky called me back within minutes. Early the next morning they arrived, followed shortly by the new water heater. In two hours, we had a new heater and they were on their way. I would most definitely call them first, next time I have a plumbing or HVAC problem.

Worst customer service ever. Called many times to get a quote and the lady that does the quote never bother to call back. Her name is Cindy. This is very rude and unprofessional.

My husband and I just bought our first home in Worcester, and as with all older homes, it came with some issues. We had backup on one side of our sink, and a leak under the kitchen sink as well. I emailed Rocky Sunday evening and he emailed back within an hour or so saying that they would be here Monday morning - WOW. Mitch arrived when promised, went over pricing details (which Rocky had previously gone over via email) and got to work. Not only did he do a great job and do it correctly, he was also very personable and left the work area spotless. SO glad to have found this company - we will be using them for any/all plumbing and heating work going forward.

Great people. Were able to get to my tenants' house within an hour after I called. There was somewhat of an emergency relating to a pressure valve on the hot water tank. They fixed it in a few minutes and for a reasonable price. My tenant called to tell me how professional and helpful they were. I will use them for any related services.

I had an emergency with a clogged sink/dishwasher going into July 4th weekend, and called Fresolo Plumbing for the first time. Rocky responded extremely quickly, and sent Mitch over to diagnose and fix the problem. Mitch did an awesome job, explaining the entire process to me, as well as giving me tips for maintenance. Upon finishing the rooting job, he checked over all the plumbing, and noticed that the dishwasher hose was barely connected (the previous owner's DIY hackjob had left it to the point where you could pull the hose out by hand!), and helped me avert a future crisis! Mitch was extremely thorough and professional throughout, and I was really happy with his workmanship. I would definitely not hesitate to call Fresolo again if I encounter any plumbing difficulties.

I called Fresolo Plumbing for the first time last November based solely on their reviews on Yelp. They were able to schedule an appointment within a couple of days (it wasn't an emergency so that was great) and since then they've done two or three other plumbing projects at my house. Everyone I've spoken to or dealt with has been completely professional and accommodating. They show up when they say they will and tell me how much the work is going to cost before they start. Rocky and Mitch have been terrific to work with and I'm very glad I found them.

This past autumn, I found myself with an ever growing list of plumbing needs but no plumber to be found. Thanks to Yelp and reviews by fellow consumers, I found R. Fresolo Plumbing & Heating, and I couldn't be more pleased!

Despite calling during the busiest time of year, Rocky and his team were able to schedule my appointment within a reasonable timeframe. Not only did Rocky take care of every item on my plumbing wish list, he also took care of a couple of rather serious safety issues with my hot water heater that I was unaware of that were caused by improper installation by the previous homeowner. All in one visit and at a very reasonable price too!! In addition to their plumbing & heating skills, Rocky and his team are extremely professional and courteous. Little touches such as asking if they should remove their shoes really go a long way. If you're looking for plumbing & heating experts, look no more!

We were looking for a decent HVAC contractor in Worcester and after having some very bad experiences with other people, we went through Fresolo. They were able to get out to site quickly and determine the cause of the problem right away. They were a little expensive as compared to their competition, but the fact that they were quick to act, knowledgeable, and helpful makes up for it, in my opinion.

In addition, I had some questions about the nature of the furnace after the job was complete and they took the time to answer me. It's far more common for companies to forget about you after the job's done these days so that's what gives them a five star rating in my book.
