Great service, communication, professional, polite, and on time. Andrew and Rocky were great! We needed our water heater replaced. We contacted them on Wednesday morning and a new water heater was installed and working by noon on Thursday. Very please with the prompt service. A little bit of rusty water spilled at the end of the driveway while removing the old water heater. They made sure to wash it away so the driveway looked fine. I didn't feel it was that much of big deal yet they wanted to be sure they left the driveway clean. They used drop cloths inside while doing their work. They were organized, efficient, and we'll be asking them to do some other plumbing in the future.

We've been dealing with FRESOLO for 7 years. They're always professional, friendly and efficient. Wherever appropriate, they will try to repair a problem rather than the much more expensive option of replacing a system, always appreciated. Before and after any job is done they are very clear on the options, scope of work and pricing. We just had an ac system replaced and they come back to make sure everything was functioning properly. Now that's customer service. Even during busy times they respond as quickly as possible. We've never been left hanging waiting for a response. During this Covid crisis, everyone wore a mask.

Our heating system stopped working on a chilly Monday holiday. I called Fresolo as they had great reviews. The receptionist said that they would arrive at 10 AM, which is exactly when they came. Rocky and his apprentice were very friendly and informative. Our boiler had overfilled and they drained it. Next they took apart and cleaned the autofill apparatus. They then checked everything else to make sure it was working. Really conscientious and thorough work. One of the best encounters I've had with professional service.

I concur with the comments made by the other reviewer. Have made repeated attempts to book an appointment for service and no one calls you back. I'm not chasing you guys down for business. No thanks. The person taking the call should be able to handle scheduling on the same call. So hey, I booked our appointment with someone else. I guess these guys really just dont need the business.

40 years in business and with good reason. My heating system failed and I gave them a call. Later that day they arrived and quickly identified the problem. Unfortunately, the part needed to be ordered. They said they would install as soon as the part arrived. A day and a half later they text me asking if I'm home because the part arrived. Twenty minutes after that they are at the house. Part installed and system running smoothly. They will be my go-to for any future heating needs (and plumbing too)!

R fresolo has been our plumber on and off for a little while now. We recently replaced our heating system thru masssaves and hired them to do the work. They were awesome. Last night our new system was working but not heating the house. Called first thing this morning and they came within the hour to fix whatever was happening. They always provide the best customer service- calls are returned promptly and when they say they are sending someone out and someone will be there soon, they mean it. Anyone of the employees that have ever been to my house have been respectful & professional.I can't say enough good things.

Rocky and Mitch were great. We had a water heater burst. Rocky called me back within minutes. Early the next morning they arrived, followed shortly by the new water heater. In two hours, we had a new heater and they were on their way. I would most definitely call them first, next time I have a plumbing or HVAC problem.

Worst customer service ever. Called many times to get a quote and the lady that does the quote never bother to call back. Her name is Cindy. This is very rude and unprofessional.

My husband and I just bought our first home in Worcester, and as with all older homes, it came with some issues. We had backup on one side of our sink, and a leak under the kitchen sink as well. I emailed Rocky Sunday evening and he emailed back within an hour or so saying that they would be here Monday morning - WOW. Mitch arrived when promised, went over pricing details (which Rocky had previously gone over via email) and got to work. Not only did he do a great job and do it correctly, he was also very personable and left the work area spotless. SO glad to have found this company - we will be using them for any/all plumbing and heating work going forward.
